Just brewed my first all grain yesterday… used the gorilla mill … the Brewmonk fermenter but used a Anvil Kettle because the electric bills are high as hell right now … I’m from the states but live in France … love Brouwland products … I actually bought a few things from Get er’ Brewed … but your shipping to here is NUTS… but I find that if I can’t get it from Brouwland … you guys are my go to… by the way … I went straight to all grain .. bought everything in a week!
I love my Brewmonk 30l all in one, its so easy use and I regularly get a brew house efficiency over 75%. Great value and excellent build quality you can't go wrong 👍🏻
I have that one too, and have been pretty happy with it. One issue I've had with it is that the scale is something like 0.7-0.8 liters off, which isn't a big deal but it does mean I have to do a bit of extra mental arithmetic every time I'm adding water or writing down the volume.
When using the counterflow chiller, can you use it directly after cooking? Of do you need to chill the wort to at least 75 Celsius so your pump doesn’t break?
You can start to chill one minute after the boil finishes, the pump can handle 100 degrees but just not when boiling because of the air inside the water, only the air can damage the pump.
Seriuously ? I would have thought a fellow brewer to be slightly more resourcefull. If you unscrew the nut, there is absolutely no reason why you couldn't connect a drill to the mill. Personally I like and prefer the "exercise".

Thanks for the reply! 😃🍻
Is the Brewmonk AIO the same as the Beacon 40, just a slightly different control screen?
Yep
They should have the option to put a drill on the mill
