@@DB-er9lc I used some kenpo sparring and techniques and traps in there but it was a lot of kickboxing that's not a bad thing kickboxing mixes well with any style
@@CoachCoebryCombat Just another opinion coach and with all respect ,I am a 3rd brown in Tracey Kenpo and in my opinion we have two systems really ? My instructor Ben Pratt "International Hall Of Fame Member" Who lived with his uncle Tim Golby who was instructed by Joe Lewis. My opinion is that Kenpo is not just a set of techniques at least in our case.I have a one on one and in one class we work on techniques with a goal of assimilating them and earning a black but in a second class we work on Joe Lewis 25 principles and fight technique's of the Lewis system. Much more then just Kickboxing honetly and a hard subject to share unless they too have that knowledge.Thank you..
