I don't race, but watching these guys race, well any race is great. You can't fully appreciate what these guys do until you ride a bike. And I mean hard, not just in an open field or your backyard.

@Trumaust7 Mx vs ATV Reflex is good imo. It's got a first person cam that looks just like this/what it's like to ride in real life. And the dirt moves when the tires rip it up. And a lot of other stuff.
RV's bike looks so good with those blue hubs!
you will never find a camera that can take the sound of a motorcycle from that close... gopro is the best of the best :P

I assume that the video was taken in 60fps, but how to make super slow motion effect?
@CrispyXR The dirt is put in temp on top of plywood . It can be up and out within 1-2 days

I am curious, would have it been better if they had mounted the camera on the bike itself? I mean the bike is alot more steady than say mounting on a helmet. That way it doesnt bob so much.
@Mightypredat0r its really expensive and you need to have places to ride. Finding places to ride is probably the hardest part for me. I just started to and im 15. Im hoping its not to late, but what ever i love it so thats all that maters i guess
could some one tell me why some of the riders are going really slow around the track?
I love HD and would love to watch it, but i can watch the video 10 times on 360 before it will load half way on 1080.

@audiobooklet it takes a lot of internet usage to upload hd. once for me it took 2 hours to upload hd 15 minutes of go pro

@goprocamera did you use twixtor or some other frame rate program to produce that 1000ish FPS Shot at the start?
@HeySup14 at 0:29 that is not regular slow motion for 60fps, they used twixtor.
how did you do the opening shot??
@sunsofguns i defently agree man, and the only thing i could add is that your dont have to be all muscles in racing,, yes you do have to be strong, but when most train, all it is , is for stamina... a pro football player could be the strongest, but that dosnt mean he can have it in him to use 1 half of that strength for a period of time.

@ChrisMX3417 I agree, although I don't like Nascar I won't say it doesn't take skill. I've got a mountain bike and a kayak so watching other people do things just doesn't do it for me. I also love taking my car to autocross events. There are so many things in this world that we can die from, so lets take some risks and have some fun!!!

Footage from Go Pro looks better than footage from other uploaders because
A) They know how to optimize their camera
and
B) They have access to top of the line editing software.
If I had a Go Pro, I could easily make it look this good. Record it in 1080p, put it into After Effects and use synthetic aperture to add some great color correction, and then render it out in Premiere using modified UA-cam widescreen HD render settings, and there you go. However, its a huge file, and a lot of work.
