RWBY FADING LIGHT: Menu rework

Maybe not the most interesting video... but I spent wayyyy to much time on a new menu system today. Tho good news for people who had controller/keyboard issues this new menu fixes the Getto hacked control layout into something much more stable... I hope.
BTW: I hope to have the YANG update released before Rubys birthday
