Such towers are possible only if there is demand for them. Indian cities need to first reach the $20,000 nominal pci levels. Then such expensive towers are possible.

This is absolutely true. When I see the newer parts of Hyderabad, I am fairly disappointed at how abysmal the roads are, no proper planning, no drainage, trash everywhere Singapore has nothing to worry. Hyderabad will only compete with Dhaka and Lahore
