Now what that sliding and variable cost between the $4k and the $7k per linear foot relates to or is driven by I couldn't tell you for sure.
Maybe it depends on whether or not the stock market is going up or down, maybe it depends on the cost involved for campaigning for a certain political seat, or maybe it is the high price of buying a new private jet or the rising cost of fuel to fly around with in that jet....
Your guess is as good as mine... Until you look at the books I guess.....

Alot of times the port of entry seizures are distractions and keep patrol busy so the real load can be smuggled in without restriction.

There are different circumstances for everyone. Keep that in mind. I married one of those people. I know the immigration process just about as well as anyone and I can say for sure the following- 1. The border needs to be 100 percent closed and secure. No smuggling of people or drugs. 2 The legal immigration process should be simplified and allowed after proper vetting and sponsorship from a US citizen or private company willing to bear the costs (like I did). 3. Not one dollar of money should go to Ukraine to protect their borders or any other country until ours our protected. Oh how They laughed at Trump’s wall- saying it was impossible due to cost but we have sent now enough to Ukraine to have built that southern border wall SEVEN times already. Enough is enough.

Haven't finished the whole session yet. I am appalled that the El Paso mayor declaring an emergency hasn't been brought out. Nor the illegals protesting being evicted from a $500 a night hotel they trashed while my rent just got increased, my medicare medications just increased and my electric bill doubled but my Social Security cost of living increase just dosen't even come close to the increases in expenses! That judge can go pound sand. I could use $500 a month towards my rent! There's so much more not being able to be said.
We got a increase on our Social Security but we also got an increase on our Medicare insurance. So it almost makes it so our increase on our Social Security is less along with the cost of living and the price is going up it’s almost impossible to live on just Social Security. I’d like to see Congress live on $1000 a month. If that some people don’t even make that amount.

@@dedunc59 Same with social security disability. I get the minimum and therefore am below the poverty line. When there is an increase- all other forms of help I get look at that as a raise of sorts. They then decrease the amount. Specifically, food stamps- when I get a 20 a month increase on SSDI- food stamps then takes at least that plus 10 dollars off my food stamp despite there being a near double of food costs. Forget fresh fruit and fresh veggies. It's tuna casserole with corn and peas to stretch it .

I have fasted for this country three week licks at a time. During these seasons much of it was done under hard labour such as carrying shingles up ladders and working on hot roofs. That's true because although you cannot use US troops against US citizens you certainly can go down there and catch Invaders as they come across. The military has an absolute right to protect the US border especially since we are in a state of Martial law and Perpetual emergency since the Civil War. The border patrol is a federal police department to take care of Civilian issues but this needs to be a military operation since we are at a state of invasion. I see it this way, if Biden wants lots of Voters and to let people in that at least let the military vet who is a national civilian in from another country and who is cartel. I mean come on if they can do facial recognition on people walking through airport they can do facial recognition on cartel members. And as far as I'm concerned they can keep the criminals here and put them in the FEMA camps.
