Guinea pig with extreme hard lump - A urethral stone, abscess or cyst ?

Late at night, this extreme hard lump needed attention with Black Bean. Looking like a urethral stone and feeling the same we put her aside while we packed down after the adoption day, so that I could focus on its remove - but low and behold, take a look at what occured!
Just a bit on her back story she arrived with her mum was seriously unwell. She was called Peanut and she did later having an x-ray taken.

I’m so glad she has made a full recovery, I had to skip most of the video to the part that you squeezed and she cryed out in pain, it brakes my heart to hear her cry, I never a stone but I have had bladder infections and it was very painful, I can only imagine how painful that is for her and all the other guinea pigs that have gone through this, i remember when I was going to bed one night and my little squeakers cryed out and and I looked at her she was peeing red and red is blood my heart was breaking for her I was living with my aunt ate the time and she was the only ride that I had she said we will go to the veterinarian tomorrow I wanting to take her right away but she said that It will be ok till tomorrow I’m like to my self she does not know anything about guinea pigs back then I didn’t have something for her pain the next morning got her to the veterinarian and she got her pain medicine and and I felt relived know that she was relieved of the pain she was going through everytime Ishe was peeing i so if you have noticed that the video’s that you and Saskia make about removing guinea pigs stones I skip most of the video and then I watched the ending of the video , I’m so glad that you and Saskia both make the videos and thank you so much showing all the people that you can reach with your videos this saves a lot more guinea pigs from peeing blood and suffering till they die die and all the stones that some of them get that will block the pee from coming out that is another way suffering till it dies, and I thank you and Saskia for the unconditional love that you both give them and I’m so happy that you both do god bless the both of you
