If we want be technical here: Scyilla is actually a crustacean/ cephalopod hybrid and not really a spider. You can tell by her legs being crab-like as well as the tentacles that make up her mouth. Now, Titanus Abbadon IS in fact a spider.
Technically a few of these weren't spiders , even among the real animals, but related arachnids. Honestly the least spider thing on this was the Facehugger, which has an endoskeleton, skin, acid blood, and is actually an autonomous ovipositor for a xenomorphic but primarily humanoid or partially humanoid techno organic alien.
To reiterate on the size of the Huntsman spider. I worked in the UK (being an American having moved over) in warehousing. I was helping to unload a container one day that was damp and covered in webs as soon as we cracked it. Everything was ruined and it was just gnarly. Come to the last box at the back, I walk up and see what looks to be a toy spider on the box. I laugh because if I was loading containers I would totally throw a toy spider in too just to freak people out. I went to pick it up to show my coworkers and it fucking crawled away. I don’t have a fear of spiders but I’m pretty respectful of nature in general, but it was so big that my mind didn’t comprehend it as a living creature, it HAD to be a plastic toy. I flipped and backed out of the container, the 6”4 Polish bodybuilder laughed and said I shouldn’t be a wuss before walking in and immediately running out screaming like a little girl. Literally. Followed by the little bastard running out of the container after him. Still the funniest shit I ever saw looking back, we caught it in a Dixie cup, and the body filled the entire length of it with room to spare, and its legs curled up and over the edge to the bottom of the cup as my manager tried to hold the cup upside down over it, legs flailing.
This kinda happened to me but on a much smaller scale. I went to grab a dust ball off my shirt and when it felt weird i realized i had picked up a spider. I have arachnophobia so naturally i didnt touch that pile of clothes for awhile
I legit remember one time I was tryna go to sleep, then this random fuckin spider started crawling in where my phone light was. Remembered that I waited for it to go pass me, then I immediately bolted out of my room.
