Where is your clinic located?
After tesa done, can testis works fine or else it will get punctured?. Please answer .. and also is there any chance of production of new sperms in the same testis?

If my FSH and LH are already high due to primary gypogodaims and after during semen analysis tests, my test cam back at 0 sperm. Zero sperm is due to ROB 13,14 that can cause infertility in men. What would happen if I take rFSH and HCG with already FSh and LH levels?

My husband's doctor won't do an ultrasound or MRI to check for varicocele as he says if it's not present during a physical exam of his testicles, it's subclinical and not treatable. Does that check out or should we get a 2nd opinion? As of right we were told he has NOA with normal Testerone but high FSH.
My husband had the Mesa/Tesa surgery and the urologist advised that there were no sperm cells and no healthy tissue found. He said it could be something called Sertoli-only cell syndrome. His semen analysis did show a few (20 total) normal sperm over 3-4 deposits, so I'm not sure how they didn't find ANYTHING when they did the surgery.
is male with CAH ( Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia) and Tart (Testis adrenal Residual Tissue) can cause Infertility, is M tese would be helpful?

I Have Azoospermia . In one mounth im gonna do Tesa. The mysteri is that my Hormons and the kromosom was normal . Doctor don't know what that can be. I really hope that they will find . Same problem for me also bro when I am ejaculating first water is coming and at last little bit thick semen is coming
Same with me and we have started the process it's azoospermia no sperm in semen we did biopsy then waiting for the results 🙏🙏🙏
