I agree with you about number 1. Frieren has been one of my favourite animas of all time and it just came out. What's better is the sound track is awesome and can be found on ITunes.
watched all of them and mostly agree. the only episode in these that I didn't like was the final episode of "Unnamed Memory" had me going "what the....". "Frieren" and "The Apothecary Diaries" which were airing at the same time are two of the best anime EVER, and I've been watching anime since the late 70's when I was a kid.
Yeah there's a running joke about Unnamed Memory of how it jumped the shark with the speedrunning the plot after a few episodes.

I think is fair with frieren, but apothecary diaries is not even in the top 100 anime.
Is good, but is not clase the BEST.
I know that everybody have an opinion, but not every opinion has the sane validation.
So no, Apothecary Diaries is not between the best anime of recent media, even less “of all time”.
But again, the anime is pretty, just not THAT good. Let’s talk honestly.

Cant say id agree with re:monster .. It has alot of high reviews and i cannot understand why. The plot is one of the most boring ive seen in a while.. its just him beating progressively larger monsters... each episode... with no buildup or plot reasons as to why other than.. i just wanna see how cool my next level up will be! It also has pretty heavy sexual harassment vibes that just pushed me a little too far. The MC spends his time killing all the males of "insert random race of warriors here" and then kidnapping all the women to have sex with them. They do a pathetic job of not making this rapey by saying "they all gladly consent!" as if that would actually happen ever.
I came to say he same Re:Monster was the complete opposite of this list it had maybe one good episode.
@@1bhitte I exited this show after 3 or 4 episodes and made so far only because I hoped that it would improve...
First episode was already full of red flags, but I dropped the anime when he "broke" the female elves because they said no to piercing their ears to wear his communication device, as their ears are sacred to them. And then in the next scene, he was fine with giving a bracelet instead to the elf king.

Frieren and The Apothecary Diaries are the best anime series to air this year.
I couldn’t even finish Kaiju #8’s 1st episode. Been a long time since I got hit with trash like that.
Wrong way to use Healing magic has already aired season One, no idea about season 2, but I've read most fo the manga series and i really hope it gets animated!

I would add The Eminence in Shadow too. Each and every episode are great with awesome story and animation. Mc is a 100% Chad.

Every anime on this list I liked but 1 the unnamed memory drove me to bordem after the 4th episode if you're looking for boring generic then watch this one if not the rest are good.
I disagree on #4 in the list. Final episode of season 1 was so bad it was alost a Gainax ending. Don't avoid it based on my word however. Everything to that point is good, and word is out they're working on S2, so fans have hopes it was part of the setup for S2 and will turn around then.
Meanwhile, pretty much agree with all the rest, especially Frieren!
