Chalie shouldn't be charged with false imprisonment in the Salty episode because it's explicitly said that he and Pim are forced to work as the police as the police are understaffed.
Yeah even there is a term of citizens arrest which they all did the crime which would make it legal however greasy was innocent so Im not sure if its an acceptation to potential charge or if he could sue (but I dont think he would listen to the guy )
he also punched that guy in hell and on top of that he carried a bomb in front of a member of royalty, he also witnessed everyone murdering the forest demon and did nothing
@@introversao That's not assault that's self defence he was punching a demon and the forest demon he was trying to kill Pim and drag him to Hell the whole episode and probably did the same to many others before he became the fuel for the fire pit.
@@C.A.M584 that guy didn't try to do anything against him, he was merely a source of entertainment, and charlie knows that also, we never discovered what the forest demon really wanted, maybe he just wanted to expel the pim from his property, we have no way of knowing, he never said, deducing that he intended to kill him seems a bit presumptuous
@@introversao He is a demon, demons dont just leave you alone after scaring you away from their haunt he was trying to kill Pim he followed him all the way out of the forest and the guy who was a source of entertainment was a demon so any assault on him is self defence especially with what he kept doing to Charlie he warned him but didn't listen then the same demon begins to torment him physically by punching him and the second time a demon was seen near Mr Boss it married him so she could kill him and give everything in his name to Satan including the Smiling Friends she also made Glep do gardening even though everyone knows he hates it so its safe to assume all the demons are genuinely evil due to how they treat people.
Charlie shouldn't be charged with omnicide since immediately after he blew up the planet the aliens confirmed they had been pranking them and nobody actually lived there. It seems that a property destruction charge is more adaquate; now the going rate for an entire planet isn't really clear, but I think life imprisonment would be a fair call.

Carlies assault charge was more of an attempt to comfort Shrimp by giving him a pat on the back but didn't expect that it would make him scream when he did it. The trespassing charge is also not applicable as they left the snow man on a mountain top those things don't have houses and they don't own the mountain like a house plus they caused property damage and gave Charlie verbal abuse and like I said he very likely doesn't have any legal documentation of owning that mountain top since he never presented it to them as proof they trespassed.
You should charge Robotnik from Sonic SATAM next. He’s committed a crap ton of crimes, with the most despicable one being the robotic enslavement of hundreds of innocents.

The problem with Charlies life sentence charge is that you have forgotten to take into account that Mr Boss wife is killing him slowly and has done the same method she used to try killing him on many others but finished doing that with them also it is their duty as creature born on Earth with free will to send the evil of Satan back to Hell so this could be seen as an exorcism since she is a demon.

The problem with Mr Frog is everyone enables him to commit his crimes because regardless of what he does they will still love him also he is heavily implied to be doing all of this under the influence of drugs so he should also be given a mandatory rehab also you never charged Oscar for trying to execute Pim and Mr Boss then causing genocide by annulling all rules in Spamtopia and causing the chaotic collapse of reality in that area through his actions and the Bliblies being exterminated by Desmond is legal because they are considered a public hazard due to how dangerous they are if not dealt with it took them less than a day to do all of what they did in the Smiling friends building imagine that in a nuclear power plant they would kill everyone.

Mr Frogs actions aren't really that different from a president so he already fit the bill for being a presidential candidate.
Mr. Frog also broke that one fan's neck by grabbing it, so that would be a charge for assault resulting in actual bodily harm
The omnicide charge shouldn't count because they were told the planet was uninhabited. Maybe charge with destruction of property? But that seems like a odd charge for destroying a planet, habited or not. Idk tho?

You never charged Pim for any of his crimes he has commited some too like looking into that guys eye in Spamtopia which is a criminal offence punishable by death and he pressed the button to blow up the planet with Charlie too then he also evaded arrest he also tried to steal Mips package and you didn't charge Mip for his crimes either like stalking the princess poisoning Charlie and trying to kill them all with his bomb present to the princess that was on a 5 second timer.
