How to Cook Cauliflower & Tofu Curry

    Ingredients:
    - White Cauliflower
    - Extra Firm Organic Tofu
    - White Onion
    - Hot Pepper (optional)
    Seasoning the Extra Firm Tofu:
    - Garlic Powder
    - Paprika
    - Himalayan Pink Salt
    Preparation Steps
    1. Press the Tofu using a heavy pan for about 25 - 30 minutes to remove excess water.
    2. Cut up the cauliflower and wash with salt and vinegar (soak for 10 minutes). Cut the onion into small pieces. Cut the tofu into larger cubes.
    3. Season the Tofu and mix. Once the oil is hot, tofu is ready to fry until golden brown.
    4. Mixing the Masala for Curry:
    Curry powder less than 1 tbsp.
    Geera 1/2 tsp.
    Masala more than 1/2 tsp.
    Turmeric 1 tsp.
    Green Seasoning (optional)
    Cooking
    5. Add the chopped onions in the pot. After the onions caramelize, add the masala mixture. Then add the cauliflower and hot pepper (optional). Add some water and cover the pot (not completely) so the cauliflower can cook.
    6. Once the cauliflower is golden brown, add the tofu to cook for about 5 more minutes.
