My man.... *everyone* has talents. Not necessarily the kind which are easily spun into riches & fame, but then riches & fame have destroyed many a promising soul. ;)
I'm an auld (nearly Em's age) Scotsman who had given up on HipHop/rap for over a decade until a friend demanded I listen to AK's Gucci Gang remix a couple of years back, & suddenly realised there are still real artists out there, they're just not on big labels & thus compromised. When you consider I still have Public Enemy albums *on cassette* in a drawer somewhere, you can imagine how happy I was to see a teenager basically anger-spitting a recent diary entry of some real-life strife over that beat! #RealHipHop The fact that he sings well, & is now producing his own beats too, means I remain a keen follower of his. He's more about creating *songs* than just spitting bars, so probably not up your alley per se, but if you do check him out, I definitely recommend that Gucci Gang remix & his original "Now I'm Forever". Actually, you'd probably appreciate "Now I'm Forever", given he released it on World Mental Health Day for a reason. Mighty powerful stuff, for a teenager to admit to having been at the brink, never mind creating a song thru which he runs that all-important thread of inspirational hope (no shade NF.... well, maybe a little!). It struck me as a surpise gift for his thousands of young'un followers who may be struggling. I can't think of many teenagers in music whose hand I'd like to shake, but his is one.
Back to the point at hand.... I love your enthusiasm, & you clearly to have a talent for not just catching bars, but for letting yourself be known in these videos to the point where I *care* about your opinions & insights- that's something that takes some guts to do. I appreciate that from folk in general, but it's also a great way to attract rock-solid subscribers given that they *know* you. I mean.... I'm that impressed with you that *I've* subbed, & I know two-thirds of fcuk-all about English rap, but am keen to see your explanations/reactions/recommendations going forward! I like the idea of putting something out on the regular covering artists you feel are underloved btw- that's some positive uplift-the-entire-community sh!t

3) Your proposed BoostTheUnderappreciated™ series seems very "you", & I'm confident you can have a positive impact for those artists going forward, so please don't be put off if it proves to be smaller-scale & slower-burn than it deserves for a while.
I rarely give advice to anyone, & it's not that I want to give you more work, but your whole thing, & BoostTheUnderappreciated™ in particular, seems to scream out for a Discord server to gather like-minded souls for chat around quality music. Quietly set up a server asap & decide what rules you want running; watch your comments to recruit 3 or 4 folk who'd be willing to mod; launch it alongside a Patreon with a cheeky wee (TeeSpring etc hence zero outlay) range of (I'm guessing representatively inspirational) Tshirts etc to bring in a few dollars here & there when you hit 5k subs. ;)
I look forward to seeing plenty of your worldwide Discorders posting proud pics of themselves wearing their Gorewayy shirts in that server sooner rather than later.... a year or 2 down the line, I then feel myself compelled to donate to your first annual men's mental health fundraiser, as you've gained backing from all these cool artists you've had on your podcast.... which soon enough becomes *the* serious music-appreciator's go-to in Oz, with some fascinating sit-down interviews with artists before their Sydney shows.... There is always room for articulate folk with a good ear & plenty enthusiasm, especially when their heart is obviously in the right place.

I actually do have a discord but its for my gaming stuff so perhaps i can kind of fix it up and shift a few things around to accomodate, or just start from scratch and keep them seperate entities. Fantastic idea though and appreciate the thought youve put into it all.
I definitely want to do things around mental health as its something that is very close to home and means alot to me.
