This is the best description of the stages of dementia I have ever seen. I wish I had all this information at my fingertips when I was caring for my Alzheimers MIL in our home. I believe she was at the end of stage 4 when she moved in and had advanced to early stage 6 when we finally were too overwhelmed and she had to go into memory care and then hospice. Taking care of someone in late stage Alzheimers was probably the hardest thing I ever had to do. Thank you!
