Sandra is still the only 2 x Survivor winner and made sure of that on Game Changers. She's loyal, smart and ruthless. She was great at strategy, puzzles and revenge. The only person she could not get voted out once they crossed her was Russel. She had good plans to do it but the Heroes were just too stubborn and dense. She never let loud or aggressive players like Fairplay, Russell or Tony intimidate her. Why would the Queen bow down?
Cirie was one of the best players on Survivor. Her First and Second seasons she was so close to the end. She was voted out early on her 3rd due to an idol. And her 4th... if it wasn't for the Immunity Train, she would've made it to the end and won... Poor Cirie...

Cirie wasn't robbed in Panama she couldn't make a fire better than Danielle that's on her and yeah it was an unexpected final 2 but the final challenge was one that was in her skill set as a nurse she was only robbed in game changers

Cirie getting voted off every season should be on this list. I felt like David's (33), Pg's (15), Wentworth's (31), and Varner's (34) should be on this list. Varner's was sad in terms of him outting Zeke, not him getting voted off.

I always wonder if Amanda knew that she'd be picking a winner with her vote in Micronesia, and that she was basically the jury at that point. She wasn't bad, but Parvati and Cirie were on god tier with survivor.
The shitty thing is how Coach said that fucking disgusting God's Will shit bc he was using religion as a strategic cudgel like he does every time he lied that season. I feel INTENSELY uncomfortable with manipulating a 19 year old with religion he was very sincere about even if he did a LOT of shitty things that season. His non-shitty moments remind me of my cousin who's often devastatingly sincere and naive. The fact that Coach manipulated that makes me incredibly unhappy.

Ozzy and James are gonna vote Amanda, Natalie and Jason are gonna vote Parvati, and Erik and Eliza are gonna vote Cirie. That’s 2-2-2 with only Alexis left. She definitely does not vote for Amanda but between Parvati and Cirie who knows.

I’m currently watching Marquesas, but I didn’t really find Gina’s vote off to be too sad. I wanted her to stay over Kathy, but it wasn’t particularly heartbreaking. I would choose Gina over some of these other one’s though.
Gina knew that she didn't have any number against the unbreakable bond between Kathy, Neleh, and Paschal, and therefore her days were absolutely numbered. That tribal switch, and that one FINAL immunity loss, done her in, as all of the other three players loved her but would never vote out each other over her.
How about Africa when nobody wanted to vote out out anybody and it got down to Big Tom Buchanon vs. Lindsey Richter. Lindsey was less upset about it than Brandon Quinton was.
Jenna wasn't winning All-Stars, even if she did win the final immunity challenge. Amber obviously votes for Rob, and so do Rupert and Cathy. I think that Shii Ann might flip her vote, 'cause Jenna was so abrasive to her, and Jenna basically just followed Rob into oblivion. Alicia probably votes Jenna, but that doesn't matter. If she takes Amber, then Shii Ann obviously votes Amber, and I'm guessing Cathy and Lex do as well. Rob obviously votes Amber as well, meaning Jenna doesn't win in that scenario either. Jenna could have won Borneo though, who knows.
I think it's more depressing thinking about how he was the last Hero and was kind of a shell of his former self. He didn't really seem to have all that much fun that season, and then he's unceremoniously booted while Jerri cries because he's the last obstacle before the Villains get to the Final 4
Honestly, it was sad because he and Jerri JUST put all their stuff behind them and became friends. Literally took 3 seasons, and many many years, and then he goes.

I think Steph vote out wasn't a sad tribal council per se, just a tragical build up where minority had NO chance of overcoming the odds. It was just a tragedy

I didn't want to let recency bias cloud my judgment, so although it was a pretty damn emotional vote off, it really was only the 5th person voted out. The way the editors crafted the story, however, was what really drove home the sentimentality of the whole tribal
Malcolm and Jess are the top 2 saddest for me. Crushing, and I was actually crying when Jess left. Also Devon, I agree, he took it very well but that was just so sad and unfair and frustrating :(
honestly, all things considered, dan would be my number one. he was in a good position to go to merge, and he was the least threatening of all the La Minas. But they decided to send sally to exile, (who i love but still) and he had the social skills to go far and maybe even break into the cracks of the casaya alliance along with Terry. neverless, he got voted out, and it was a sad moment. dan fuego will forever rest in our hearts ❤️
I found Tasha's from Cagayan really sad bc she was one of the best performers that season and most people were scared she might beat them. If you can't beat em, vote them out.
Julie in Vanuatu was not heartbreaking in the least. Chris betrayed her the same way she had already betrayed him, and it was wise of him to keep Twila around. Ami was also not sad. She was a brat in Vanuatu and made it farther than she deserved.
Honestly, I feel like Amy from Guatemala should’ve gotten a mention. She was in a good position with her tribe, but they still voted her off over her injured ankle.
Ozzy's been voted out so many times that I thought I might include this one, but it didn't have the same emotional impact to me as the others did. Wouldn't have any issue with it being included in another person's list!
Both very sad as well. Didn't wanna oversaturate Game Changers though because a lot (almost all) of those vote offs were depressing. Malcolm's and Cirie's felt the most sad for me

honestly, all things considered, dan would be my number one. he was in a good position to go to merge, and he was the least threatening of all the La Minas. But they decided to send sally to exile, (who i love but still) and he had the social skills to go far and maybe even break into the cracks of the casaya alliance along with Terry. neverless, he got voted out, and it was a sad moment. dan fuego will forever rest in our hearts ❤️
I'm surprised Lindsey from Survivor Africa isn't on here nor the honorable mentions list. That one was pretty sad and emotional.
I found Tasha's from Cagayan really sad bc she was one of the best performers that season and most people were scared she might beat them. If you can't beat em, vote them out.

Julie in Vanuatu was not heartbreaking in the least. Chris betrayed her the same way she had already betrayed him, and it was wise of him to keep Twila around. Ami was also not sad. She was a brat in Vanuatu and made it farther than she deserved.
Honestly, I feel like Amy from Guatemala should’ve gotten a mention. She was in a good position with her tribe, but they still voted her off over her injured ankle.
