Nope, I make sure to only hit them once or twice a week and they are all done with complete control. Avoiding overly jerky kipping motions help a ton. I do have pain from the weighted pull ups. I over did it a bit recently.... haha recovering
@@MatthewShoffner struggle at the bottom portion BW. I can hold at lock off for 8-10 seconds consistently for 3 sets. I can do assisted OAP with bands with lightest band 5 sets of 6 reps
@@husdelgadodon't worry about locking out. Start them from the top, lower to a slightly bent elbow, and pull from there while you develop form and strength for stricter form. Much safe on the joints this way also.
