    The craziest part about this video is that there are other gymgoers walking past you doing one-arm earth pulldowns like it was your job and they're not even averting their gaze away from their yoga mats long enough to burn that image into their memory like they ought to be.

    How to do it? Deep ananlyst on muscles used and form, tip, etc would be appriciated.

      Nope, I make sure to only hit them once or twice a week and they are all done with complete control. Avoiding overly jerky kipping motions help a ton. I do have pain from the weighted pull ups. I over did it a bit recently.... haha recovering

      @@MatthewShoffner struggle at the bottom portion BW. I can hold at lock off for 8-10 seconds consistently for 3 sets. I can do assisted OAP with bands with lightest band 5 sets of 6 reps

      ​@@husdelgadodon't worry about locking out. Start them from the top, lower to a slightly bent elbow, and pull from there while you develop form and strength for stricter form. Much safe on the joints this way also.
