Remember the container bin with lettuce, pickles etc can be held over the burger to dress it...much faster...
As you only have 17 tables, if you pick up more business you'll need a busser...it really is unrealistic for folks to only use one hand while working and servers to not buss tables...having been in the food industry on and off, it bothers my old brain..lol...

Yeah I remember. Another two episodes that were recorded before Christmas. So it's something you'll see in any videos after that 🙂
I think the game may become too busy for single player by the time i'm doing 17 tables. But yeah i'd definitely employ one by that point.

I believe you receive experience for throwing things away, so it might be worth cleaning up the leftovers at the end of the day. I wonder if you could farm exp by throwing away cups of water?
