Don’t Give your QB the option to put himself at more risk. The coordinator & Head Coach needs to be locked in as well. Having to call a play quickly is not an excuse. You know your personnel and make the call accordingly.
He's not their franchise qb. He's their placement for now until they find their real qb. They will use him until he can't go anymore, try to win and stay competitive.
