Angle subtended by an arc of a circle

An angle subtended by the arc at the centre is the same as the angle subtended by the corresponding chord at the centre. The minor arc subtends an angle and the major arc subtends the corresponding reflex angle at the center. When the arc sizes are equal, a semi-circle is formed.
