In this weeks episode we had the pleasure to tour the Palacio. It was the former summer residence of a Duke from Madrid and his family 💃 which where well acquainted with the bishop of Sevilla (some history baby 😜)

The 300 year old property has been subject to an extensive restoration over many many years and now offers sumptuous accommodation for the most decerning of clients. The style and design is continuous and really vivid making you experience the essence of Andalucía in each inch of the house.

Nearly everything is furnished to perfection. Everything is palatable, retro where needed and timeless everywhere else. Probably the single most enviable property I’ve ever seen- over all those mansions in Cali or condos in New York. I’m not even a fan of the architecture but it’s just undeniably perfect. If i was rich there would be little stopping me from moving there in the winters.

This is so beautiful. I love that the interior embodies the architecture/outside style of the home because I've seen renovations of old houses/villas/mansions where the outside/architecture was preserved but have modern interior (visually, it takes you out of the fantasy lol).
The little back and forth you guys had at the kitchen was such a sibling moment lol😂😂

by far, this is my favourite home you have filmed, 2 small critisms, why oh why would you have an aga in Spain, Agas are designed to keep homes warm, the last thing you would need in Spain I would have thought, and the snooker table is out of place, a nice formal dining table would in my humble opinon be pefect, nevertheless should the euro lotto come up tonight its mine be nice to know how many staff they have to keep it so perfect,

Interior courtyard it was first recorded in Jordan over Six thousand years before Christ in China Rome India North Africa hot inviourments It works as low cost air conditioning it's nice in late afternoon when gathered for beverages and some Yum yum 😋

Absolutely amazing 😻 I can’t more agree that this house has vibes and positive energy. Great entrance, patio, terrassés etc. Usually am not a big fan of Morocco design, but I loved 🥰 the spa. I would maybe modernize the furniture to have a nice mix between antics and modern. And I almost forgot the pool which is amazing 🤩. Great video tour as always ! 👍😍

I would like to just do a little correction a stove that is called an Electric Stove, And a stove run by wood is called a wood stove. A wood stove will keep a room warm for the whole day where an electric stove does not. I think what your brother was getting at was a burner plate that is what he was getting at the electric burner plate :) that one is nice it has 2 burners on it all the better to cook with lol I never seen one like that. Electric burner plates are usually in tiny homes and see that now they are starting to use in the homes a nice upgrade.

I don’t know why a large car manufacture doesn’t buy this hacienda ? It’s being used so much over the last few years for car launches I’m sure the new owner will endeavour to use this as an additional revenue stream to ease the running costs

So, water supply. Are there springs on the property? Rainfall is very low all year round so where is the water source? Who has rights or ownership to the water? How much does irrigation cost? In Washington state farmers pay up to $25,000 a month to irrigate their orchards and crops East of the Cascades where it is more arid like your Palacio.
The house has a well, so you get super water
