I can understand about needing to put things in their places after the move. I can also understand wanting to get back on track with feeling good about what you’re eating and about your body. I’m so glad that you are finding systems that work for you and you are giving yourself space and grace to do what you feel is good and life giving for you. I’m sorry that you are nursing a knee injury. Regarding leg things, maybe you can look into working with a Theraband to do some simple addiction and abduction. I’m glad that you’re seeing and feeling a difference in your body.

Yes, it's a very serious heart condition! I'm glad they told you about it. We have three labs and just about two years ago took them off grain free food when I read that dogs were passing away in their sleep because of heart failure.
