I carry a "personal" kit for travelling when abroad. It's basically a similar setup to what you've shown but altered to my personal wants/needs. I added some diarrhoea tablets, antihistamines and basic pain killers. Obviously if you are travelling abroad you can't bring a medicine cabinet (although some normally unavailable medication can be acquired very easily in certain parts of the world).
Good video james. I still use my camping first aid kit in the flat. Had to reach for a plaster the other day. Making a small kit from a Tomato Can. Cut my hand while taking the sharp edge off the lip. Lots of uses for one kit in the home.
