Since I don't have any animals anymore I'll enjoy others. Easy to take care of cheap on food and for the most part very disciplined 😅. You must be relieved to get these floors done. Good day Gene. I’m upstate SC. Hurricane will bring gale force winds and lots of rain. It’s all good for last hay crop for the fall. Most flooding is right above us in Western NC and they have already opened dams! Poor ppl below those dams 😢 Upstate SC & NE Ga will get gale force winds & rain from hurricane. Floor looks awesome. You & Gi are not wonky no matter what anyone says! You’re the bomb! I’m 74, but us ppl in our 70s are the new 60s ….haha, except for our knees!!
The color you painted your floors goes with everything,that was my mom favorite colors . I was poor growing up the first twelve years but to me I was a average child.my granddaddy put down the old fashion rug in the dining room,mama would paint the rug different colors. I never remember having a new rug.thank for the memories of the great happy times of my life. You need to get some rest before you get sick. God bless you and your family

I finally had knee surgery yesterday!! I can't wait to start my new like again in walking and doing things. Love you paw paw ❤

Oddly enough, those recliners can be hard on the hips of a big man who is trying to watch TV . You are wonky because you keep trying to take the pressure off your sore hips and knees. Ivan will always benefit being in charge, the floors are looking good and im sure you will be happier when that job is done ,there is always some job needing doing somewhere around the house its never ending. PawPaw that swing you have out there i could take an rebuild it. Id take all that netting off n cut some 2x4 in leave 1 in spaces n prescrew then add bolts in the wood n the n frame of the swing. 6 boards on the top n 4 on the bottom. Then prime it first the paint it. Then that swing would last forever.. You could buy or make some cushions or pillows..I've done this several times to old frames folks were throwing away. Its a fun DIY project that could be used forever!! I even made a canopy out twin size sheets. But they arent necessary...id redo yours if i were closer..i may be 62 n be 63 on Sunday but i dont like to waste my mind!! Have a blessed day PawPaw..😊

Good morning pawpaw the floors look good I know Gigi will be glad when they are done and everything is where it belongs, I was so glad when the old man and me finished laying the last of the wood floors and got all the furniture back in the house a few years ago my back and knees have never been the same 😂 but it sure was worth all the time and effort when you see how beautiful they are and how well they are holding up and so much easier to keep clean

I was poor growing up the first twelve years but to me I was a average child.my granddaddy put down the old fashion rug in the dining room,mama would paint the rug different colors. Oddly enough, those recliners can be hard on the hips of a big man who is trying to watch TV . You are wonky because you keep trying to take the pressure off your sore hips and knees. PawPaw that swing you have out there i could take an rebuild it. Id take all that netting off n cut some 2x4 in leave 1 in spaces n prescrew then add bolts in the wood n the n frame of the swing. 6 boards on the top n 4 on the bottom. Then prime it first the paint it. Then that swing would last forever..
You could buy or make some cushions or pillows..I've done this several times to old frames folks were throwing away. Its a fun DIY project that could be used forever!! I even made a canopy out twin size sheets. But they arent necessary...id redo yours if i were closer..i may be 62 n be 63 on Sunday but i dont like to waste my mind!!

Good morning pawpaw the floors look good I know Gigi will be glad when they are done and everything is where it belongs, I was so glad when the old man and me finished laying the last of the wood floors and got all the furniture back in the house a few years ago my back and knees have never been the same 😂 but it sure was worth all the time and effort when you see how beautiful they are and how well they are holding up and so much easier to keep clean
