Thank you for this timely teaching, Mike. I challenge you (and everyone at Charis) to stop referring to the people in the Bible as "characters." They're not characters; they're people. The Bible is not "stories"; it's recorded, factual events. It's recorded, demonstrated truths. When people in pulpits, and those who have the responsibility of teaching the Word, refer to the Holy Bible as "stories," and the people in the Bible as "characters," it's no wonder why the lost don't believe...we sound like WE don't believe. This language distinction is critical. Please pay attention to it. ❤️✝️
