I feel the same, if you don't count my knee. Well, I injured it in my mid 40s running a 5k. Other than that, I feel like I'm still in my late 30s.

Oh my gosh this was definitely for me 51 and single and never married, all three of my kids are grown.. last one just graduated high school in August I don't know what to do with myself, I've been so hard on me because I've never been married❤
Girl, Please embrace being single. Every married person I know is struggling with illnesses. I asked them why and I get the same answer? " You have never been married". That includes the ones with "good" marriages. You are not missing any thing. A companion is good but a husband . hmm.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

I thank God that at 27 yrs of age, I was set free from all that didn't resonate with God or myself. I have been living free for over 2 decades, but one thing for sure is that I'm glad you lady's are has reached a point in life you feel FREE mentally, spiritually, and emotionally! ❤👏🙌

It's been down hill for me so far in my 50s. My back. Legs, and hands are jacked up. My hair fell out. I'm not in a good place at all. I'm still blessed to be here, and I hope my 60s are better...😩🤞🏾🙏🏾

I felt that way. It was hormonal changes with menopause. Mindset and a good health practitioner are key.

Yes and I am half their age. I'm not sure if its getting older or afflictions I have endured but I have a tunnel vision and purpose driven ambition that I never had in late teens, and early twenties. I am feeling more free, less held down by others opinion. I realize I care less about pleasing the world and more about centering what's important, like God, family, peace and joy. It even shows up outwardly. ( I rarely wear makeup, I wear my hair natural and have confidence in my body.) Which is crazy because I am not as in shape as I use to be and I was insecure back when. The wisdom obtained, just to look back a few years at a lost young girl. I believe getting older is a blessing and people should embrace it and look at it that way.

I’m so glad women are embracing their mind body and souls because the minute you approach old age they act like it’s a death sentence and your suppose to act a certain way in but in reality I’m 73 and still don’t think and feel like an elderly woman!!!!!!!!

From eating, to drinking, etc.,we do daily, 24hr things, to live as we bemoan, age.
EVERYday, be grateful, He supplied you with another breath/sec.,/min.,/hr/day/yr/etc.,
