Electric bill would love to have a word with you
Lol my one TV draws like -750W- 230W. More than my gaming PC (Even at 230W still more most of the time)
@@myrealusername2193 what kind of tv do you have my man how the hell, even 40 inch crts don't draw that much
@@hikkamorii it's a 32 inch from 2003, I looked it up on Wikipedia and I'm pretty sure that's what it said. It's a WEGA KV32FV300
Edit: never mind I checked again and it's like 230W, must have gotten really mixed up
@@myrealusername2193 yeah, this one seems realistic, but yeah it's a lot comparing to modern LCDs or OLEDs
He puts the lotion on the CRT!
Man's living in a cartoon security office
I never knew I wanted to see duck hunt on 52 screens at one time
Budget for the month
Food0.2%
Wifi:0.1%
Electricity and water: 99.7%
It’ll never work on LCD, it needs cathode rays
not exactly. it needs to have basically zero delay between trigger and picture going black. LCDs are just not capable of that, but if they were, it would work
@@hikkamorii I cam to say Exactly this 💯. Gota have a CRT for that low latency.
@@hikkamorii kind of but that's far from the only problem. The game can be modded to add some delay to help with detecting the gun but that wouldn't fix the problem because the light gun has a 15khz filter which means it can't see light from a LCD TV or most lights in general. 3rd party light guns don't have this problem since the filter isnt included.
@@hikkamorii Won't the LCD display buffer the pixels row so it displays the whole screen at the same time (50fps or 60fps)? If that's the case the ray gun won't work afaik..
I think that the SloMo Guys did an episode about this..
@@d_vibe-swe I mean, it still is a delay, but getting rid of it would be impractical yes
Okay... your setup is freaking amazing. 😱
Now that is cool. When you shoot on a crt it registers a hit on all the tvs. Including the LCD TV! Awesome video
Yes. It’s the same NES outputting signal to all those TVs. Since it’s registering a hit using a CRT, that hit is registered on the single NES and the video out is sent to all other TVs.
@@medleysa now thats awesome!
Mans just wanted to show off his TV collection
oh man, so many great CRT TV's in this video!
This is why I finally got a crt tv to work on duck hunt
Oh, you have more screens then I have. And that's a lot.
You also got a new subscriber 👍
If you want the best results... just point the Zapper at a lamp. Every shot, every time.
nope, it might have anti-cheat.
You even hear the high tones from the tv in this video 😭
Duck hunt!
The timing is pretty tight with the sensor. The Super Scope is on another level.
This is beautiful 🥹 Duck hunt on multiple televisions 🥲
That's a fire hazard if I've ever seen one
Even this video is affected from my duck season vr ptsd
I've seen an adapter that supposedly fixes this. It goes between the cartridge and the NES. I've only seen it once and have no other information about it.
H: What a lovely fire hazard- I mean, setup you’ve got there! And it features a handsome hound like myself!
i cant imagine this dudes electric bill 💀
Now that's a lotta monitors. How is this possible?
Yeah baby that shit needs a vintage curved TV for best gaming experience
what the hell..... almost a tv per a console you might be able to connect right there .... one on one nice collection
This is why my boy uses the Wii virtual console
I can tell the latency on the first LCD screen, you can clearly see how's it's slow to refresh the black screen, and the black lines slowly going from top to bottom.
Old gold days ❤
My man's has a whole ass security room and he is using it to play fucking Duck Hunt
I have played this game in my childhood
Awesome setup!!!!
Imaging the smell of this room
The memories
That first tv was the first big purchase I got with my full time job at 13 after saving up 280$ at the time.
🦆
You must be rich. The electric bill in Germany gets up by 4 times. You can buy my bill then.
And to this day i don't know how that gun works
Alternative Title:Playing Duck Hunt On A Million tvs
this is well known especially to older consoles and light gun games or mame lovers. Its why thingd like sinden or other projects started.Imo older crts and light gun games are the best. Its why things like sony hd crts are sooooo expensive now and a treasure in the pc gaming or light gun lovers eye
Ha we used to set up two tvs and two Nintendos so we could dual wield.
Thats great.
Sick
Please tell me how to do a setup like that. All the different screens playing the same feedn
Can you show us on the tiny TV on the left
How did you get the Nintendo connected to so many TV’s?
Hmm I have a LG but idk if that’s going to work the thing is huge and it says it’s made from 2011
How’d you link up all those tvs together?
Probably has several scaling or converting boxes all linked together.
powered composite or component splitter
Pay to win before pay to win lol
I’m very concerned of how many tv’s you have
Why? If your a true tech then you know how easy it is to get free tvs, cheap tvs etc. Fake person...Techguy my ass...
This would've worked with just 4 tvs by the way
Jesus Christ you got alot of tvs
How did you make it play on all those tvs how?
Bro how did you not try it on the little baby tv just because?
Do you have mad scientist living in your attic, by any chance?
This was really satisfying to watch
So is curved front better than flat front?
Why is there scanlines on HD?????
Crt tvs only
What about HD CRT? Those CRTs with hdmi ports.
that is in there , second tv I showed
¿Y en una tv crt panorámica?
kinda requires faster scans
Wii light gun nes emulator Lcd tv no problem 😀
how would a light gun ever work on an LCD ??? They aren't compatible. (although you can gerry-rig a wii nunchuck to the gun to make it work)
Sinden light gun through pi retropie and NES rom
@@Tim_3100 Still not a traditional light gun - more of a camera.
Sure hope a dog doesn’t kill your mother
Is it VGA screen work?
The gun only works on old TV’s 🤦🏻♂️🙄 it doesn’t work on flat screens etc…
How is this possible
Bro that's 18 monitors
Tried on a plasma?
Yeah
It won't work on any digital display, including plasmas. Light guns rely on precise timing synchronization with the display, so there can't be any delay whatsoever between the display receiving the image and displaying it. Digital displays will ALWAYS have at least a few milliseconds of delay (and most displays have far more than that).
Only way to play duck hunt on modern setup is via pi or pc emulation with siden light gun as it works via camera not light but long waiting list for one of those.
Only crt 📺 period
I hate that dog.
Have you tested an oled?
It wont work . Only crt tvs 📺 will work
I keep a few extra CRT TVs in my house for this reason. The key is the glass screen. Glass is needed to bounce back the infrared signal. Cool demo!
It doesn’t bounce back an infrared signal. The gun detects a flash of light. The screen goes black, then the hitbox of the duck is a white square, then black again, then the picture shows back up. For 2 ducks, there are 2 hit boxes that flash directly after each other. The gun detects the flash of light. It won’t work on a lightbulb though, because it has to detect the black screen first to register a hit.
Чем беспонтовее у тебя телек тем больше шанс застрелить утку)))
What about oled?
Nope, there are 2 issues. #1 the timing, #2 the type of light. Buuuuuut if you wanted you could just point the Zapper at a light source and it would register a hit every time lol.
It will never work on lcd and hd it wasn't made for them only crt
Its the diffuser on front. Send the light in all directions.
The Zapper only works on CRT, it doesn't work on LCD.
Refresh rate too high?
Lag. Modern TVs have a split second delay that CRTs didn't have.
Lol no shit it only works on tube tvs….. do you even know how the game runs? It’s a light gun that reads the line on the tv where the duck is correctly being displayed and lcd plasma led etc tvs use pixels not lined signals
omg just stop horder
I miss you ❤
Umm duh. Everyone knows it doesn’t work on modern tvs lol. Only crt.
Lcd is 🤮🤮🤮🤮
When I was younger, my family bought a hyperkin nes replica thing and we had mario/duck hunt, and I always wondered what was duck hunt. After leaving what it was like 6 years later, I wanted to play it, but we didn't have the zapper. And I'm NOT exaggerating when I say that we ACTUALLY bought a CRT TV JUST FOR DUCK HUNT. The TV was free on Facebook market place, and one day, we were driving to a water park, and we hadn't taken the TV out of the trunk in the car, so while we were driving, we took a sharp turn, and the TV demolished one of the back windows. The next day, we bring the TV downstairs, snd my mom says that she almost DIED bring it down to the basement. But it was all worth it for duck hunt! 🫠
