Haha actually Malaysia is really nice! It just so happens that this hotel's swimming pool was not properly maintained. Otherwise, it would actually be quite decent.
The common areas like corridors look as if they are never taken care of! Dusty, dirty etc. Food prices are set as if to make customers feel stupid because the prices are unreasonably high! Imagine a mini piece of frozen Roti Canai, they charge you RM8.00++. They serve you the roti canai with disposable paper plate, fork and spoon, at a bridge.
This vblogger is right .. I stayed there recently too Oh my... the double decker bed creaks when you toss and turn to sleep But cant fall asleep as the airconditioner set at the lowest ain't cold or even at least cool at all

Yeah, it's a bit of "wasted potential", coz the pool can actually be quite nice if they maintain it well.
