40. Group Communication (समूह संचार)

Group communication is an extension of Interpersonal communication. Being a social animal man involves himself in various groups. Communication is also one of the basic needs of human being. If a person forms a group, exchanges ideas, information and experiences through discussions, seminars, speeches, meetings, it is called group communication. In Group Communication, feedback is instant, but not as interpersonal communication. The effectiveness of a group communication depends on the skills of a group leader and its members. The greater the interaction and harmony between the group members, better will be the communication. This video is an effort to understand the different aspects of Group Communication.
