For new OS versions, it will be rolled out to beta testers who have registered in the "Mi Pilot" program via “Mi Pilot Version” firstly. In this stage, beta testers experience new features and send feedback about suggestions or bugs for developers to optimize. After major bugs are fixed and the new version becomes relatively stable, then it will go to the public release stage on a bacth-to-batch basis, which means it will go to XX% users firstly until XX% becomes 100%.
If you have applied to a beta tester, your phone can be updated from mi pilot version to full release version (public stable version) finally. Hope it helps!

through 3 years they are giving Ui updates..not Features ,
Even in Android15-HyperOS 2.0 they only gave Taplus as a feature..rest of them are UI Customizable approach!
