Norman Wells and Tulita barges cancelled for 2024

Barges and sea lifts are a lifeline for many northern communities. They bring much needed supplies to places without year-round road access. But this year in the Northwest Territories, the barges won't be travelling up the Mackenzie River to Norman Wells and Tulita. They've all been cancelled. Robert Holden has more.
