I just purchased a Brand New F75+ and I'm disappointed big time. The upper shaft is very loose and the VID is off by 10 numbers reading lower than my other machines I have 4 t2s and lots of other machines. I believe I must have gotten a Bad one.
Sounds like it. They have a good warranty. Hate you got a bad one.
