I’m sitting in my car while my daughter is having a procedure dealing with her heart. She was diagnosed with a heart condition during labor having a baby 10 months go in December 2022. Hi. I'm by all means not a Dr or even a nurse. I however have first hand experience with depression. We only grow when we share. This has just been helpful for me. It's not a one size fits all but it might work for you. First let go of everything in your life that is not serving you. Especially anything you have to change who you are to keep them in your life. No hard feelings, this was a great time in my life and I enjoyed sharing it with you. Even if you aren't talking in your mind doesn't mean it's quiet. There is always a rumbling. The constant chatter begins to make us feel like we're fighting a losing battle. It's exhausting and it lets depression set in. God knows what we want but we have to ask for it. Say a prayer. Try to quiet your mind. Sit in a quiet dim room. Focusing on God and knowing he's with you and just feeling his presence. Believing it is done. If you drift off, then drift off. He's preparing you for a breakthrough. He has something great waiting for you. But we have to be exactly where he wants us to be before he gives it to you. You will come out stronger tomorrow than you were today. He is going to deliver you from this. We need to pay attention and know how to deal and heal from this. But it's critical you turn this over to Him. I'll be praying for you. You are a blessing. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I was in kidney they said there was nothing they could do. It was too high up a risk because of my heart. I was coming up the transplant list. And they called and said we have an opportunity for you and it wasn't just an offer. It was a perfect match for me. I almost don't given up in the Lord's. Said no angel, he didn't just give me a kidney. He gave me the best. doctors And nurses we're in aw they said they never saw anything like that My Creatine 10.5 when I went in and after transplant it went down to 1 and then. .7 he did it for me He can do it for you ..be Encouraged, he waited until there was no hope So everyone would know that it was him. I’m sitting in my car while my daughter is having a procedure dealing with her heart. She was diagnosed with a heart condition during labor having a baby 10 months go in December 2022. Hi. I'm by all means not a Dr or even a nurse. I however have first hand experience with depression. We only grow when we share. This has just been helpful for me. It's not a one size fits all but it might work for you. First let go of everything in your life that is not serving you. Especially anything you have to change who you are to keep them in your life. No hard feelings, this was a great time in my life and I enjoyed sharing it with you. Even if you aren't talking in your mind doesn't mean it's quiet. There is always a rumbling. The constant chatter begins to make us feel like we're fighting a losing battle. It's exhausting and it lets depression set in. God knows what we want but we have to ask for it. Say a prayer. Try to quiet your mind. Sit in a quiet dim room. Focusing on God and knowing he's with you and just feeling his presence. Believing it is done. If you drift off, then drift off. He's preparing you for a breakthrough. He has something great waiting for you. But we have to be exactly where he wants us to be before he gives it to you. You will come out stronger tomorrow than you were today. He is going to deliver you from this. We need to pay attention and know how to deal and heal from this. But it's critical you turn this over to Him. I'll be praying for you. You are a blessing. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Said no angel, he didn't just give me a kidney. He gave me the best. doctors And nurses we're in aw they said they never saw anything like that My Creatine 10.5 when I went in and after transplant it went down to 1 and then. .7 he did it for me He can do it for you ..be Encouraged, he waited until there was no hope So everyone would know that it was him.
