My favorite off meta was Braum with with the rune that stacks your attack speed the more you attack. My reasoning was Braums primary job is applying CC via his passive, which relies on hitting someone multiple times. With more attack speed I could proc my passive multiple times a fight and utilize the bonus dmg he gets vs enemies already stunned.
Would love a series maybe something like this off-meta pick/build for each position then you could get more specific with it (top[tank,bruiser,ranged], mid[mage,assassin], jungle[tank,bruiser,assassin,mage], adc[idk what you could split], support[tank,enchanter,engage,cc] then maybe throughout come up with other nuances. Think it has potential to be a sick series!
RoA + Nashors + Dead mans or Sunfire( depends if you want wave clear or pursuit ability) , Boots situational and Wits End. If you get to a sixth item get defense or MR item w/e you need more of. This build is so strong on Naut and you have mana for days to spam E and tons of Attack Speed and pretty good auto attack damage with the W. It works in the jungle as well because of how RoA was changed so that last item would be the jungle pet item first obviously.

Rylai's Crystal Scepter - for AP, HP and slows. If I remember correctly, nautilus R goes through windwall, which is why naut mid is somewhat of a counter. You can also ult during hook, same with E during hook.

You should build on-hit nautilus, with rageblade, shiv, nashors, wits end or lichbane, titanic or botrk, its really fun to kill squishies in 3 or 4 hits

Here's my PTA off-meta build that actually works (for my silver ELO): Leona with PTA, Triump, legend: tenacity, last stand, conditioning, unflinching/font of life (dependent on cc of enemy team). Items: everfrost, abyssal mask. sunfire aegis, thornmail and sorcerer's boots. Last item depends on enemy team comp. And instead of building the full items, I usually build bami's and bramble then abyssal and then sunfire and thornmail. I won 3 out of 3 games only by today at this build and it's kinda fun
Well, some saw how Faker made Naut a mean machine. I don't think it's the best Solo Q champ, but it's VERY strong for 5v5, if you're building a set-up for your ADC.
All in on 14:48: Could a kind captain please take this apart for me? Did the damage off of R go off? Did the rocket belt finish the health bar? Did the Q kill her? Mechanically what exactly happend? For context, I am a just a path of exile player, so... exactly, interested in the mechanics of what exactly happend.
After watching this in 0.25x speed and doing some quick math, this is what I observed. Naut's combo consisted of Q, auto, W, auto, R, Rocketbelt. Let's skip to the moment when W-empowered auto has been dealt (finished windup). At this point, MF was 461 HP (460 for a moment, but I'll use the value right before her death - it changers dynamically due to HP regen). Naut's ult dealt 346 magic damage to MF. This damage came from its biggest, final charge that lands on the target when the wave's close enough. This wave has been generated 0.25s after the ult finished casting, which in turn lasted for 0.46s. His Rocketbelt activation did 128 damage. As Naut was super close to MF, I'll assume that damage was dealt the moment Rocketbelt was activated (neglect the time needed for rockets to fly to target). The cast order was really simple: Naut cast his ultimate, after completing its cast waited for 0.25s, then cast the Rocketbelt. The two damage instances produced by them were inflicted in exactly the same moment, which is why MF seems to have been mysteriously nuked. It's difficult to say which damage instance was the killing one - the ult or the belt. For sure, they were so close to each other that the recording doesn't contain a frame when MF's HP is somehere between 0 and 461. They must have happened in the same game tick - hard to believe, but possible. Because the 128 was rendered last, I suspect that the killing blow was the belt. And here's the best part. The whole action with R + belt was so short, the second W damage instance didn't pop as MF was already dead. It occurs 1.25s after autoing someone under W's effect, but R + belt took only about 0.7s. So no, W has nothing to do with this sudden burst. If in doubt about all the numbers, just check LoL fandom - that was my source. Good luck path-of-exiling people out there. :D
The only big flaw in AI builds is that ChatGPT's knowledge is limited to 2021 and before (unless you use GPT-4) so it's unaware of many changes and current meta.
I just want to point out that GPT does not actually have up-to-date information. So sometimes the builds might be outdated since gpt only has data up to the end of 2021.
For the IA is best the one from Microsoft, Bing Chat, because GPT4 is better but the data base that use is from 2019, and bing chat is conected to the internet, so the information is more on season
