I was Dumped by many women first girlfriend i had used for everything i had then Dumped me for my the best friend i cud not the heartache the Heart Ache bc I had intentions of marrying her. The Heavy Pain was so intense i got Severly Depressed for months and tried to commit Suicide. I wound up in hospital where they treated me worse than a Stray Dog amd gave up on me and wheeled my bed in the corridor expecting me to die. When I did recover (by the Grace of God)....i walk out out the hospital oblivious to all. When I reached my Granny house this sound by Natalie Cole (starting all over again) was playing. The Radio was Playing alot heatbteak music then they Play I WILL SURVIVE (by Gloria Gaynor) and that helped me alot along with a Friend who carried me to Church and it took a while but i got better ALL PRAISES BE TO GOD.... AMEN
In 1980 I was dumped and suffered the worst heartbreak of my life. One morning the alarm radio woke me up when this song was just starting to play. It was a very poignant moment.
