This is so helpful for new nurses using B braun. I prefer this than Fresenius. Very user friendly. The only comment in the video, is that you are not using gloves while touching the machine. Hehe 😂😊
Thank you so much Nurse Lindsey. My clinic switched from Fresenius machines to BBraun so it’s getting used to a new machine. You have helped me be a better dialysis nurse and I appreciate your knowledge and kindness. Your videos are so needed. Thank you!
As a nephrologist I benefited from ur video alot as there are no usual videos on dialysis screen options. Thank U and hope U share more videos in more details as well
Thank you so much nurse Lindsey for explaining to me about the machines, cannulation and how important it is with taping. I’m a new grad nurse coming into dialysis and will be starting to work with Davita. I look forward to this new nursing journey into dialysis. Thanks for all these videos please continue to do so!!!🙏🏽☺️🎉
I have been a dialysis nurse for 22 years and have used 3 different dialysis machines in that time. At first it was the Baxter machine (very old-school), then the Gambro Phoenix machine and for the last 10 years the Fesenius 2008K. Your video was great and your knowledge is obvious, but I can't help thinking your machine is way more complicated. All of the same results and features, but more complicated to navigate. 😊
Thanks for sharing! The feedback I have gotten from our travelers that have worked with different dialysis machines enjoy the BBraun machine. I find them easy to work with, and I love all the features. We don't have to mix bicart or do bleach residual checks!
Thank you Nurse Lindsey , that would help me a lot to get the machine ready since the hospital I’m getting treatment in is seriously short staffed better than 2 hours wait till they perp the machine
can you do a video on administering medications during HD - where they go (venous/arterial med ports) and tips/tricks etc talking about parsabiv, venofer, epo, hectorol etc - when/where are they given in the HD circuit. Thx

It's probably just a familiarity issue.

Could you make a video of the process to disassemble the machine when a treatment is finished?
On it! Thank u!
Thanks for the help.
Thanks for your video! Wait for your next one.
Awesome, thank u!!! 😃

Great idea!! 💡 thank u!!
Are other dialysis machines similar? I am a big fan of the BBRAUN. 🤖
Thank you !
Keep doing more please ❤
Thank u so much!!
Always helpful 🩺
Thank u 😊
Too good mam
Thank you ♥
Ur welcome! 😃
How do you fix DF pressure and what is it.
From my experience, it is a part from within the machine. The biomed team usually fixes this for me!
How's Davita?
I don’t have much experience with Davita, I’m at a “stand alone” clinic. Patients say good things tho!
The wand is actually magic?
That looks like nates hand
