When you accept a public office, it is the public you must serve. The library director has reportedly abused her office by targeting children for religious indoctrination into her preferred interpretation of Christianity, abused the public trust and wasted tax funded resources by removing books and resources that she personally objected too. She should resign and make restitution to her community for its losses. And kudos to the Baptist pastor you understands and the American practice of pluralism.
Religion should be done at your home, or at your church not at a public library

I didn't understand why need prayer in library
Separation of church and state! The library is a public institution of the state. Therefore no religion in the library! If you can pray in the library, then all denominations including Islam and satanic religions can hold their prayers there also.
What separation of church and state?
