this always happens brother in a loop. human pulled rickshaw to animal towed rickshaw or cycle pedalled to taxi driver to autos to uber/ola now rapido. capitalism always gives competition to itself for a product or service. think of it this way, people will be free from stress inducing work and will be forced to live minimally thus enjoying more of nature and creativity. humans will be used for work only they can do. If someone owns a business they can automate it with AI as one time huge investment instead of paying salary benefits PF to workers. those workers will migrate to other sectors where there is potential gap for demand and earning. the ones who suffer are those unable to adapt.
@@karthickeayan but the real drawback is that it removes the creativity out of it. ChatGPT or any AI gives output based on an already existing data. It cannot think of something original. When artists start using AI, it removes the creative thought process involved in it. It doesn't enhance the human experience and eventually it stops them from using their original thoughts. Becomes too reliable on the AI

However I think certain key points were leftout 1) ai training- the conversation and it's refined response 2) the next ai responses will be based on the learnings from step1 and this will keep happening 3) what if this intelligence is fed to robotic technology which has all the the information and learning acquired over a period of time. It will be able to replace some of the mundane tasks which humans perform today. Slowly the creative edge will also be taken over as it has means and resources to perform any tasks. The way to sustain this in creative industry is humans must be working on thinking different from the most common thought process which exists. Even that can be learnt by the AI tools.. please brainstorm and do part 2 for this. Simple example is chitikku kovam varudhu. It's not that far to achieve that. Like how child learn the emotions AI child can also have the learning atlest to mimic the emotion based on the situations and circumstances

I wish you had also talked about how AI companies are using unethical practices to train their models. For those who don’t know: Most AI companies train their models on copyrighted data without consent or paying the original creators. If we don’t talk about this, there won’t be any laws to stop it. That means anything you create-AI-generated or not-could be used as training data to replace you, and you’ll get nothing in return.

When asked abt the impact on human species when AI reaches human level intelligence, 52% believed that it'll be good/extremely good for humans; 31% believed it'll be bad/extremely bad for humans So, in short, AI can reach human level intelligence (& also go beyond our intelligence too) & when it does, human species can, most likely, either become Immortal or Extinct...

18:50 DISAGREE re: "true to art" point here. there is a difference between an artist who practices their craft to draw, paint, sculpt, create a piece vs. a prompter who typed a prompt to AI e.g. "drawing in the style of artist Kim Jung Gi" and it spits out an artwork, is the Prompter the "artist" ? in what capacity? and consider outright plagiarism in this situation. it's a different discussion of what makes an artist. the issue with AI is who is the ARTIST in this scenario? the physical artist actually created their work, with tools. but who created the prompted AI artwork. i will value the contribution of the Prompter just in that level. TECH or NOT is not the issue. even paint and brush and easel stand is technology, even my 200+gsm mixed media paper is a sort of tech. if i completely trace over JC Leyendecker's artwork and just change some details or settings, can i *really* say i "made" the piece? unless if i call it a "painting master study" - it's an exercise to train my craft, not to SKIP the process of learning because AI can draw it better than me.
