One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned as I’ve gotten older is to let go of the need to always stay busy. For decades, I thought being constantly active meant I was living fully, but I’ve found that slowing down allows for deeper joy. Now, I take time to simply enjoy a quiet morning or a peaceful walk. It's in these simple moments that life feels most beautiful.
I completely agree with your point at 13:21. 😀After more than 60 years of life, I’ve realized that I’ve spent too much time worrying about what others think and missed out on many valuable opportunities. We don’t have that long to live, so let’s just do what we enjoy! 🥰🥰
I really appreciate how you approach aging issues in this video. What you shared truly helps me feel more confident as I enter this new chapter of life!
The video made a lot of good points, but because there are so many people who have not saved anything, having live paycheck to paycheck most of their lives, it’s got to be incredibly stressful. I don’t think it’s useful to tell them not to worry!
The loss of the younger self such as wrinkles that pop up, the skin losing elasticity becoming sagged and ugly. The becoming slower, with inevitable aches and pains. Less ability to move due to the onset of arthritis. Painful kneesor hip pain signaling the need for joint replacements. Not everyone wants to explor or experience new things. Physical excercise is vital. Keep moving, have a social circle of friends whose members don't focus on fears, illnesses or complans that their children abandoned them. The emotional struggle depression does exist and could be a daily burden on the psychic. Keep working out the brain everyday to ward off mental decline. Movement, connection and rest are vital. Instead getting psychotherapy and regurgitate your fears and obessions, set goals for everyday, fill your day with activities and yes, make yourseelf to be productive everyday. You;ve got to keep occupied and pass each day.

We were brought up to believe idle hands are idle minds.
Good and Informative video. Hits hard at the silliness of the things we waste time on.
Useful tips for the senior citizens .
Makes very good sense. After all, why worry when we can pray to the Lord Jesus Christ. 1Peter 5:7
Wontherfull Chanel,Thank you❤

Think of it as time for you. Peace, solitude, solace. May the Creator send much Blessings, strength and courage your way
