To Mahat: Was the IEBC system penetrated by the Venezuelan? What was the Venezuelan maintaining in the IEBC server?
How relevant is the voter turnout in the attainment of 50 % plus one vote by a candidate?
Are we to assume that by the time Mr Joseph Kinyua was making a call to have the election results in favour of Mr Odinga, did they know the results?

The work of a lawyer is not to defend the truth, rather his or her client.
On the other hand, the work of a judge is to determine the truth based on the arguments presented before the court, inorder to make a fair judgement.
And the lawyer truthfully believes his client is not guilty by defending his/ her truth, until the judge cross examines the lawyer by asking technical questions to remove doubt, then arrives conclusion on the verdict. If you're a law student understand law instead of cramming.

I personally can tell from the many questions asked,
That Chebukati and Ruto's lawyers have done a good job and
the judges have asked many specific questions to be answered so as to get clarity and leave no doubt if they should uphold Rutos win.
the Supreme Court asking Chebukati and Ruto lawyers many and deep questions can be hacked by comparing to job interviews I have had.
Every job applied for and the interviewing panel asked a few questions and let me depart, I was never successful.
Yet for any job where I was haunded with tought questions, I succeeded in getting hired.
The judges literally hinted areas where respondents lawyers need to hit thourouly.
The decision to uphold as opposed to nullification will depend on how good they do their work.👍
