I think Turkey Tom was right in his documentary when he presumed that Panda matured over the contact with other adults when she started to work a job. Phil must have seemed increasingly pathetic in comparison to the other people surrounding her during those days.
My Theo theory- he has already told Khet a version of the story, that wasn't true of course, so when talking about this, he's forgetting 1 version was for his viewers and the other was for his mo-wife
I don't believe him. He was really upset about how much that emergency room visit would cost, kept bellyaching about it. No way they were broken up, if they were, he wouldn't have cared. That bill would have been her problem now.

the graph of the Twitch bans was pulled from Twitch's own metadata, and you can look up Twitch stats from anyone. However what DSP, and you Altus missed, is that the top of the chart specifically says "Days of over 100 bans". Meaning the graph is ONLY showing the days where DSP banned over 100 people, and does NOT reflect the bans of everyday streams. DSP can't fucking read data correctly, (and I guess you can either lol).
I did miss that. I'm going to blame it on the on screen effects while the graph was on screen. My skeletal eyes couldn't make it out. Thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it
All busniess need a registered address that is related to the owner be it a business property or home address. This is without exception. It must be a valid, physical address if it is in the US. It cannot be a po box.
What does he mean by his life was going nowhere in Conneticut? His life also went basically nowhere in Washington either. I mean he still lives in a home, like before. he has no job, like before. He has no friends, like before. All he has, is a mom-wife and bills. And his internet notoriety has only increased since then. There has been essentially no positive to moving in any way.
The one reason he moved was the tax s situation in Washington, which he has not even correctly informed about. He wanted to keep more of his money and that was it. A truly pathetic reason to remove yourself from everyone you ever knew and isolate yourself from the world forever.
@@dynastes4938 Ya, what is it. Washington has I think like a 4% tax rate or something? Doesn't that mean things cost more or something? Up here in Canada my particular province has 13%. use to be a weird split of 7 and 6, but people got confused what applied to one, both or neither. So they just decided to combine it.... and not lower it at all to compensate that it applied to everything now. But yes, I suspect that was his one reason. Some strange attempt to escape the shit he caused with his friends. Hope for a new start..... but mostly the taxes.
Regarding the Panda engagement saga, I'm pretty sure there were actually two rings. Phil had been promising Panda they would get engaged but kept putting it off, so she started wearing a fake engagement ring. Phil eventually bought her a real ring, but didn't want to propose until they went on a suitably romantic vacation. Phil's finances were tapped so he kept putting off proposing, Panda kept seething and eventually Phil just gave up and handed the ring to her on the couch like a TV remote controller. 🤣
I could list the things that Wings’s trolls have done to him. What Phil experiences is nothing compared to him and I’m sure Wings doesn’t have it the worst
What bothers me so much about Phil telling the story of Panda and the panic attack is that he was so frustrated he had to end the stream early, not that someone who he was/previously in a relationship with is having a medical incident and needs him. Sure, even if they were in the process of breaking off the relationship, he could still put his differences aside to help her out. Not saying that would save the relationship, but he could at least save face to the detractors... But alas this is Phil and he is the centre of the universe.
@@incorrectbeans yeah, that whole thing just showed how detached from reality Phil was. I genuinely hope she was able to get the help she needed and move on from all that toxic negative stuff Phil had going on!
"I'm the most hated man on the internet!" "I'm not even the worst person out there!" Classic DSP contradiction. He talks about how there are worse people than him from time to time, but then he tries to play the victim or goes for some sort of tough guy act with that first line.
The PigRoach is immunized against all dangers: one may call him a scoundrel, parasite, swindler, profiteer, it all runs off him like water off a raincoat. But call him DownFromTheRafters and you will be astonished at how he recoils, how injured he is, how he suddenly shrinks back: “I’ve been found out.”
11:08 Phil, you didnt present any evidence. You need more than "Trust me bro, its fake.". Then he goes on to say that somebody else figured it out after saying it wasnt anyone else that figured it out. Contradiction Phil. 😂
To add info on to that graph at 26:00 @AtlustheBookkeeper Basically it covers his 'most' toxic days, it's not what Phil thinks that it's a "every day this month Phil banned 100 people" The graph is just an info dump of a collection of his top worst days for ban totals so far to date. Like how the day he discussed his marriage with Kat, that one stream alone 285 people got banned.
So Phil hated the Ninja x Drake collab saying it changed nothing and didn’t help anyone and yet he thinks DSP x LTG would blow up the internet and boost them? How delusional and hypocritical. Phil really thinks his niche interests are way more important than they really are to ordinary people. Also as someone who’s worked in state taxes for 10 years those letters he mention happen all the time and can come from anything that might tip off his taxing authority he could have taxes to pay. Either way it’s an easy fix. He acts like they just opened a bunch of accounts and now he’s got magic bills he can’t dispute whatsoever.
5:29 He really doesnt. Phil has an extremely disastrously disturbing level of disregard for other people. His own "friends", girlfriend, wife maid and parents included.
The kid phill threatened to slap is actually 2X more mature than phill. He pulled the same thing he did to Craig too saying crap after they couldn’t hear him lol what a mature man
I don't believe a word that comes out of DSP's mouth. The Leanna story sounds like a total fabrication to minimize his sh***y behavior. It doesn't matter what the circumstances were, his behavior was despicable. All of his stories, true or false, only serve to highlight his own selfishness.
Guy never wants to improve, and never takes accountability. Joon will bring up something gross Phil did, he's just laughing and says it's very possible, he doesn't remember exactly, etc... but once Joon reinforces that it was Phil's fault the excuses and denial just explode out of him. I think that's why he doesn't rebut anything at the Kiwifarms part because he's not being actively accused of anything specific. Also, 'detractorgraph' is my new favorite word.
26:20 Back then, the guy was streaming on Twich and it was pretty easy to get the data from the chatlogs. You just had to look for the term "banned" or whatever the equivalent on Twitch was. So it's easy to do and it was something people kept track of because DSP was known for banning a lot. Which to be fair, was something that went both ways as people went to his chat with the intention of getting banned. It might have also been that he had Nightbot set up back then so he would ban certain people immediately instead of just timing them out. That being said, the graph explicitly says it is only showing days when at least 100 people got banned. And it's not even that small.
26:08 Uh ATTA-LOOSE? >Leans in I dunno what yer tawkin about. Tssss-ssss. The graph, ye see, I'm gonna paraphrase, says "Days of over 100 users bayunned". Oh yeah, the whole he sold his account bit. I do not believe it for one second. Both due to his vagueness and other things Atlus mentioned, along with it would be so easy to prove without giving any personal info out. I looked into one of these sites, and there would be a transaction history, or some kind of confirmation email about selling the account. Add in the fact, DFTR is still active despite being sold years ago, and only active when Phil is NOT streaming? Yeah, I'm calling BS on this whole he sold it excuse. The facts still show Phil owns the account and until there is solid proof otherwise, I will believe it is still Phil's account.
There's a quote that I really like because it perfectly sums up Phil's mindset about this "Selling the account" lie. "The key to telling a good lie is to sprinkle in a little of the truth." By admitting that TheyCallMeDSP was actually him, he's sprinkling in a pretty BIG chunk of actual truth in his lie. That's what makes his lie about selling his account so believable to people who are ignorant. That admittance makes Phil think that if he adds more to that story, even if it's not true, will be believable.
It really makes you wonder with his terrible attitude what he must said to Panda Lee during their "alleged" argument that stressed her out so much that she ended up in the hospital. We've seen that he is incredibly passive aggressive and tends to gaslight people so I can only wonder how that conversation went down.
5:13 maybe she would have stayed if Phil had come to the hospital saying "Sweetie, I ran over here as soon as I heard. What happened? Are you okay? What can I do for you?" Instead, he dropped his stream, which, when he's talked about this before, he's made clear he was annoyed about, went to the hospital, and the FIRST thing he asked is "your manager said you were saying you need me. Is that true?" I'd have THROWN the ring back into his face and slapped him BEFORE telling him to get out. He didn't care ONE BIT about her health, just like he doesn't care about Kat now. He wanted the ego stroke, he wanted to see if he had her under control, and that's all that mattered. Just like with Kat.

My goodness he even needs to defend himself against an actual child lol
Ya gotta love the mega big brain take of 21:40
If I could just appear and get paid for doing nothing I would rather do that.
My Theo theory- he has already told Khet a version of the story, that wasn't true of course, so when talking about this, he's forgetting 1 version was for his viewers and the other was for his mo-wife
Baby come backackackackack is pretty funny
He gives zero phucks.
You're doing God's work Atlus. Always articulate, always to the point.
Protocol 1: “It was my detractors”
Protocol 2: “Let me tell you the whole story”
Protocol 3: “That’s a lie” *evidence not found*
"Drake/Ninja collab was stupid, nobody cared, and nobody benefitted"
"DSP/LTG collab would break the internet, dood"
I don't believe him. He was really upset about how much that emergency room visit would cost, kept bellyaching about it. No way they were broken up, if they were, he wouldn't have cared. That bill would have been her problem now.
What annoys me is that Dsp constantly paused the video when he realised what the topic was & spat out a counter narrative to ease the blow👎🏼
Business line internet writing off video games as a business expense for tax write off. Calling what he does a business for years. The second IRS shows up "I DON'T OWN A BUSINESS COME ON *SNORT*"
the graph of the Twitch bans was pulled from Twitch's own metadata, and you can look up Twitch stats from anyone.
Thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it
@@AtlustheBookkeeperits ok. There was nothing you could do.
@@AtlustheBookkeeperYou did literally nothing wrong. And by the way - Kat agrees.
Baby come back! ACK ACK ACK ACK
Tax fraud, ack ack ack
Very quality style content
very robust
Phil getting bullied by an 11 year old girl is so funny to me.
I could list the things that Wings’s trolls have done to him. What Phil experiences is nothing compared to him and I’m sure Wings doesn’t have it the worst
“You know what? I did say Wings’s trolls were worst. You know why I said that? I knew discord mods that were 12, 13, 14… SWATing on da regular.”
The graph isn’t 100 BANS A DAY, it’s DAYS WITH 100 BANS OR OVER.
This is why it’s showing eveyhting in hundreds
Phil is….slow
@@11Christys11... and impressively stupid.
"Look, there's a business over there"
Also the tax guy from CT completely disappeared from the timeline.
*POOF*
Panda on the left, hogan on the right, atlus got rock hard making this thumbnail
15:31 I wonder if nowadays she’s a detractor too lol!
But alas this is Phil and he is the centre of the universe.
and then, according to his own story, the first thing he asks her is if she "really needs him" on an emotional level instead of taking care of her
@@incorrectbeans yeah, that whole thing just showed how detached from reality Phil was. I genuinely hope she was able to get the help she needed and move on from all that toxic negative stuff Phil had going on!
4:55 Phil playing to the incel section of his dents
"I'm the most hated man on the internet!"
"I'm not even the worst person out there!"
Classic DSP contradiction. He talks about how there are worse people than him from time to time, but then he tries to play the victim or goes for some sort of tough guy act with that first line.
22:32 The detractors will be the end of DSP and if there’s any doubt about it, just ask him.
🤞
4:19 is the densest thing I’ve ever heard. Phil was prolly her emergency contact. He really thinks she meant “I need you in my life, bby”
His vr chat ack ack ack is legendary
The PigRoach is immunized against all dangers: one may call him a scoundrel, parasite, swindler, profiteer, it all runs off him like water off a raincoat. But call him DownFromTheRafters and you will be astonished at how he recoils, how injured he is, how he suddenly shrinks back: “I’ve been found out.”
That "immune fruit" bit should be a meme, I'll give that one to Phil that got a good chuckle out of me
Besides the crime i don't see why he needed to move. He doesn't go outside and he hates the heat where he lives now
I might be way off base but I could've sworn i heard it was because someone convinced him Washington has no business tax
"The crime" refers to his friend who died? How did the story that this could have been him come about anyway? Genuinely interested.
Baby come back ack ack ack was fucking amazing
11:08 Phil, you didnt present any evidence. You need more than "Trust me bro, its fake.". Then he goes on to say that somebody else figured it out after saying it wasnt anyone else that figured it out. Contradiction Phil. 😂
13:23 Philbert is literally the guy to tell you you can't mess with him in response to you messing with and annoying him
So when it comes to the IRS, if the trolls hadn't informed them, he would be in jail right now for tax evasion.
Big ups UA-cam NOT notifiying me about this up load, big actual ups for new vid
you know he's being honest because he always says "it's completely true" after everything he says, such a transparent guy!
24:08 if someone needs money for rent because they spent too much on crack then they need money for crack. They chose crack over paying their bills.
To add info on to that graph at 26:00 @AtlustheBookkeeper
Basically it covers his 'most' toxic days, it's not what Phil thinks that it's a "every day this month Phil banned 100 people"
The graph is just an info dump of a collection of his top worst days for ban totals so far to date.
Like how the day he discussed his marriage with Kat, that one stream alone 285 people got banned.
HE IS Down from the rafters.
Wizards 101 the kids mmo did 1 or 2 concerts.
Kino arc really gave this man an ego boost than eco boost.
If Phil has an aura of Nurgle, I am swearing an oath to Tzeench.
He acts like they just opened a bunch of accounts and now he’s got magic bills he can’t dispute whatsoever.
shotouts ot EDWRaptor and the others doing the ACK ACK ACK in dsp dent chat
5:29 He really doesnt. Phil has an extremely disastrously disturbing level of disregard for other people. His own "friends", girlfriend, wife maid and parents included.
The kid phill threatened to slap is actually 2X more mature than phill. He pulled the same thing he did to Craig too saying crap after they couldn’t hear him lol what a mature man
15:43 Funny how he admits he said what he said after denying it for years, but still tried to justify it.
I don't believe a word that comes out of DSP's mouth. The Leanna story sounds like a total fabrication to minimize his sh***y behavior. It doesn't matter what the circumstances were, his behavior was despicable. All of his stories, true or false, only serve to highlight his own selfishness.
27:15 he doesn’t comment on it because he wasn’t paying attention. You can see the little Tism waddle that he does when he’s not paying attention
Its always funny when known liars get upset when no one believes them without evidence.
It's really amazing that every time Phil has to debunk a documentary there's always a "here's the story you guys don't know" that comes up
26:08 Uh ATTA-LOOSE?
>Leans in
I dunno what yer tawkin about. Tssss-ssss. The graph, ye see, I'm gonna paraphrase, says "Days of over 100 users bayunned". Now I dunno about you guys, but that says to me that these are ONLY days where over 100 users were bayunned, NAWT that over 100 peepul were bayunned EVERY day.
>T-poses smugly while checking data
Tuh huh. Stoopid trollz man.
>Shakes head, face wobbles
I dunno dood. Now guys... 🙏
Thank you for all the work you do to keep us informed on this nerd atlus
I think Second Life had at least one digital concert
Love that 30 on 30 sound bit
There's a quote that I really like because it perfectly sums up Phil's mindset about this "Selling the account" lie.
"The key to telling a good lie is to sprinkle in a little of the truth."
By admitting that TheyCallMeDSP was actually him, he's sprinkling in a pretty BIG chunk of actual truth in his lie.
30 on 30 got my like so fast it was unreal.
The fact he tried to retcon what happened in VRChat JUST AFTER SEEING THE CLIP is so f*cking infuriating.
31:41 He used the exact same reasoning during his Sidescrollers debunk. Only for him to admit year later that he lied.
5:13 maybe she would have stayed if Phil had come to the hospital saying "Sweetie, I ran over here as soon as I heard. What happened? Are you okay? What can I do for you?"
Instead, he dropped his stream, which, when he's talked about this before, he's made clear he was annoyed about, went to the hospital, and the FIRST thing he asked is "your manager said you were saying you need me. Is that true?"
I'd have THROWN the ring back into his face and slapped him BEFORE telling him to get out. He didn't care ONE BIT about her health, just like he doesn't care about Kat now. He wanted the ego stroke, he wanted to see if he had her under control, and that's all that mattered. Just like with Kat.
My theory is she found out about Kat, causing the panic attack
