It's good that you got a response from them and they sent you a replacement man... The replacement for the Crimson guard was not ideal but the didn't guarantee that you will receive the same figure by saying a figure from same or more value...💡👏
I was under the impression customer service is kind of a given in the US and Canada. I mean, I never felt confident that I could get a replacement for an in-box-damaged-figure where I live so I have no idea if I could get that kind of service in toystores here. It's cool that you can reach out to Hasbro themselves and receive such service.
