Some of the "celebrities" behave like clowns but Mick Doohan always is a class act. I'm from Brno, I've always been a fan of him and always enjoyed seeing him winning our Czech Grand Prix, he's an absolute legend for his racing skills but also for how he treats people.
I know not everyone is a fan, but I really like the combination of the sound of Ferrari's engine and traction control out of the slow corners/under acceleration. The Honda comes in close second as far as pure engine noise, that thing roars! All the rest I equally enjoy, it's really hard to not like the sound of a 2004 f1 engine :D.
BAR Honda 006, Williams BMW FW26, Ferrari F2005 (Weak car but had a fucking great sound, better than the F2004 in my opinion), Renault R24 & Mclaren-Mercedes MP4/20

In my opinion the Renault 2005 V10 sounded the best that extra bellow it had made it magical for me but of course all the V10's sounded wonderful.
