N1rvana here! You remember my old rule of "parry only as a last resort , else dodge"? I still use it :D . Or fish for parries because your opponent thinks you are distracted
Thank you! I rewatched the zipi and tarka comp video and mostly noticed the call issues. This is kinda a mixture of awareness and call issues I d say: Everyone kinda goes on their way of least resistance/distance which may not be the teams best way, leading to splits. Additionally, calls for target priority or engage/disengage calls only happen semi regularly and not from all players. The shooting was also excessive from time to time, but you were hitting more shots in those matches I believe, so it was less noticeable. Apart from that I saw a lot of dreadful wail "threats", but not actually executing it. Are you doing that on purpose, or just not used to holding the button down long enough? Without even watching any replay of mine, I can already picture way more non-calling issues and questionable decisions in pursuing/not pursuing low health enemies (with the result of running away from my team). I am definitely thinking about doing some recordings now 😂😅
do you have any situation in mind with the dreadful? i don't like releasing the pre-patch dreadful that much because lots people parry when they hear the sound cue. if you delay it a bit and you connect it on one enemy, one of his teammates might clash with you. some enemies F into parry and cover both early and late dreadful release. but now that it's gold focus it's better, at least people don't clash with you anymore
@@Penemue No, there wasn't a situation I particular noticed. I just noticed you having the souljade, also deciding to keep the dagger instead of a gold nunchuk, but then not really using the wail apart from faking it. I am not playing on a level where timing considerations on the wail are a thing yet, so I am only considering this from a blue hold check situation. My thoughts there are that you should release the blue sometimes otherwise the threat may not work. Your points are however very valid. I think I ll try to gauge reactions a bit in soulwell when I play it next
i left my previous team and i don't see the point in stressing over joining or forming a new team, so i am not participating in tournaments at the moment maybe a new team will happen naturally if friends want to play competitively, then i will participate again. i am still interested in competitive. but right now it's more important to me to have fun with friends and enjoy the game together as for jcup, it's the world championship. if you expect me to play well enough to qualify, that is very sweet of you, but i don't claim to be particularly great or the best at anything i just love to play the game, try to improve and see where that gets me, and others can think what they want about me. hope this answers your question?

@@Darksaber96 i'm usually gonna play dagger over nunchuck because my dagger is better than my nunchuck. more than 20% damage better
