This shit needs to be told to my hubby who can't stop being so discouraged, negative and only think of the worst. I could've been divorced for this reason but I didn't do it. Im hoping my hubs can get himself together. He needs to be more positive. I got myself already out of discouragement and negative and guilty. I felt too dark and I hated it. We have kids and they shouldn't have to go through it so I want the best for them.

Its crazy,i do the very same.when i feeling sabotaged and stuck and down .i wake up in the morning wear my diamonds earrings and the necklace and the best dressed. And just stare at the mirror and like damn gal!!!your healthy and ready to fight this...counting all my blessings everyday is the secret to beat discouragement and giving your best on everything.....

I've been feeling depressed over things just not working out lately. It's even worse if your negative feelings sway you into inaction.
Then from inaction you lose something else, and now you feel more down. It's a vicious cycle.
The message from this video feels so simple but it's something I've never considered as a method to practice to rid me of my discouragement.
It makes so much sense and I feel it working right away when I think of all the things I already have going for me.
I don't want to lose all this. I can be sad about not getting more of the things I want but I can sure be encouraged to work hard so I don't lose the things I already have,

OMG he is so correct! Joy and depression doesn't go together. Instead if thinking about what we don't have, look around. We have family, friends, and everything we need. Gratitude is so important!

God is great all the time! As a matter of fact, God has a great life planned ahead of you, you just have to ask for it. Pray, believe and receive. Now I’m telling you now when you ask God for that life of abundance, it’s going to come with some trials and tribulations. It’s okay though because God uses these trials and tribulations to build your character and make you more like him and to grow you into who you are supposed to be, so that way when God does give you the life of your dreams and more (God’s grace), then you will be ready for it. In these trials, it’s important that you don’t let the devil, as well as, the negativity to get the best of you. There will be days where you will feel like you are at your absolute worst, but guess what, God is right there beside you helping you get through it, just like he has done everything else in your life. Remember that! God doesn’t do this as punishment, he does it to help you. Look at everything you have to be grateful for to drown out the sorrow and sadness that you may feel when going through these trials. Don’t necessarily look at where you want to be in life because then you will start to feel discouraged because you aren’t there yet. Never doubt or give up on God. That is why it’s important when you feel down to bring yourself right back up with gratitude. God will notice and like always one day you will look back and see that God most certainly got you to that life of abundance and then some, all because you gave Him a chance and never gave up on Him. I love you God and I thank you for everything because of you and your son both. Blessing me with this life that I live, a loving and happy family, an amazing mother, wealth, great health, a job, a car, a roof over my head, nice clothes on my back, most importantly my number one blessings being You and Your Son both, and sooooo much more, the list would go on forever. Do something for yourself today: GIVE GOD A CHANCE AND ALLOW HIM TO WORK HIS GREATNESS IN YOUR LIFE! I guarantee you that it will be the best decision you have ever made in your ENTIRE life! And when you go through those storms, remember to show gratitude for everything God has blessed you with, instead of giving up and letting the sadness get to you. YOU WILL MAKE IT BECAUSE GOD PROMISED EACH AND EVERYONE OF US IF YOU WOULD ALOW HIM INTO YOUR LIFE! THANK YOU AND LOVE YOU GOD AND I AM AND ALWAYS WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR YOU AND YOUR SON AND FOR EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF THE BOTH OF YOU! AMEN! ❤️🙏🏻🙌🏻

This message was right on time for me. I'm the caretaker of my mother after her stroke. I'm grateful that the stroke was not as bad as it could have been. I see the blessing in it but she does not. So I'm trying to stay encouraged and gratitude!
