Great sense of accomplishment! I used to live like you with kids. I washed their clothes in the creek, made them moccasins from scraps, cooked on an open fire with rocks around it and and old stove rack on top. It was some of the happiest times of my life🥰Never give up, never surrender ! You got this and things will only get better 🤗🤗🙏🏻🙏🏻❤❤
@@samanthahohl191 Thank you Lovely 🙏🏻We ended up with a homestead with animals and gardens. The kids loved it 😊It did teach them to appreciate and they loved their animals. Had fun collecting chicken eggs etc. We canned food we grew and i made everything from scratch. They never went hungry and were very happy and went on to do the same with their families. I am so proud of them. Have a Great weekend ! Much love and many Blessings ! 🥰❤❤🙏🏻🙏🏻
Matt very awesome video it looks so beautiful there keep them coming your looking good I love all your adventures you are so smart your stove looks awesome great work I like the mountains it so peaceful ❤ hugs
I'm from Brazil and have lived in Portugal for 10 years... watching your videos brings peace to a heart that misses home. I recently discovered the TV series and I hope you are happy and find peace in everything you do. Remember that you inspire people who have never lived the lifestyle you live and that is incredible.
I've been catching up on videos Matt made during the summer. I was going to leave a comment and I read yours, and you said it perfectly, Matt, you DO inspire people, even when you were a kid in Alaska. You're a gift, Matt and we all appreciate you. Never give up, never surrender ❤
I remember when you used that roll of plastic to build your mother a greenhouse in Alaska. You made holes in it to let rainwater in to water the plants. Have fun in the rain. 😊😊👋👋❤❤
Hi Matt, thank you for the great video. I love the footage of Chopaka mountain. The wildfowers look beautiful 😍. I 'm glad you were able to repair Max's speedometer.🙂
I love love love the wildflowers up on the mountain. They are some of the brightest colors that cameras can't even pick up. Ultra violet colors, bright reds, such pretty colors.
I loved seeing the flowers, thx Matt. Oh no, every time Max has a problem I get all stressed out for you. Thank goodness your good friends Tom and Wes are there to help you. Can't wait for the next video.
My dad is a marine and we grew up spending alot of time in the woods growing up..Dad taught us alot of survival skills and alot of ways to make shelter, hunt and fish and find food. I miss it. I really enjoy your videos ..brings back alot of memories ..
Love yah Tom - your right its a Chevy so put it in neutral and park in on the boat landing and let er rip! LOL Thanks so much for helping with the speedometer Tom! And Max sounds so much better too! Thank you!!!
Aloha Matt! It was nice to see the spam can in the background at your campsite. Also...never saw spam grilled in the fire like that. Spam is a staple for us here in Hawaii, especially in musubis. It was great to hear the sounds of nature in this video on Chopaka mountain. It was so nice to see the shop again with Tom and Wes.
I love the way you endec the first video with flowers and started this one with flowers, that is another thing I like about you, your appreciation for flowers. Love tne sound of the rain on the tarp. The hail was awesome. Everything was so green and beautiful.I liked the beard and hair, very sexy. Great video.❤❤
I hope you are doing well Matt😊 It is really beautiful place where you are there on that mountain. Thank you for sharing that beauty! God keep you safe and well, Matt✝️🙏🏻

❤HI Matt glad 2 see U back up at the mountain! Thoes yellow flowers are wild daisies they are throughout the area I live in that's by Reno, Nevada they R a very hardy flower but stinky😊. The weather here is well hot during the day cold at night 4 now anyway. Is there any Bigfoot sightings in that area? Or have you in a your forest dwellings have that experience? 🤔 Never Give up Never Surrender a friend ❤
I changed a speedometer cable in a Bronco in Denali National Park back in the 90s. It's similar. the springy parts you mention are the braided cable coming apart (I think) It might be not turning due to damage to the cable cover like a bend or dent or the speedometer could be not turning. The bouncy-ness could be due to something not turning smoothly on one of the ends, not sure. Lots of good parts for Max in that Suburban. It's fun to get parts from junked cars.
You are amazing , I think you could set up funnels into big plastic bags to collect the water maybe? I love seeing you with Tom and Michael because I was confused at why you disappeared . Please let everyone know that they are safe and had nothing to do with you leaving YT because my mind was confused ? Love you all and Peanut Xo Xo

It looks like sunflowers or maybe some wild daisy. The yellow flowers. So much is encroaching on areas where we can find wild flowers.😊😊👋👋❤❤
