It is not absorbance but it is enzyme velocity (Vo). You have to calculate it first. Here to explain calculation of Vmax & Km I have taken data directly from experiment
Hi! I have a question. Do the units of substrate concentration and velocity matter? I was really confused. For example, [S] = mM and V = umol/min. Or just continue solving then?
