What gave it away was when he start the car up a 70 Charger was on column and 68 69 was in the lower dash it’s a different steering column he put the ignition holder is a piece of metal

The paint job is god awful please have it repainted a better shade of black. Also the rims you have on it kind ruined the overall look of the Charger
69 grill...69 tail lights....looks like a 69 to me.....where do you see anything 70
