This episode was very worth listening. Growing up with my single mom and little brother, i feel most out of pain my mom actually went through. My father left out when my brother was just newly borned in kathmandu where we could not afford rice to eat. She started working after 7th day my brother was borned. I vividly remember how she used to work 'geeta kutney kaam', 'working on somebody's house' in expensive kathmandu. Nobody stood out to help for all those years when we were having everyday tough time. How bias is our society is? She did everything for us. I feel so proud to be daughter of strong mother. I love you mom ❤️. I hope to make you proud one day.
Malvika represents maturity, she is such a strong headed women. Best part of the entire podcast- how she indirectly told Priyanka not to be judgmental on her experience of seeing a mom beat her kid. Malvika says " childcare is a privilege- its her circumstances the mother is frustrated, not her kid." Loved it. And everything else about this podcast is so relatable.
She is the only one i admire most in Nepalese industry .My heart melt seeing u cry❤lots of love.respected mam.u r so strong and courageous women in the entire world for me.🌷🌷

Lots of supportive hugs to Malvika ji . Grass is always greener from other side. All the best for future endeavors in work. Love to see her thrive . ❤ plus point of the video is she never talked ill about her ex. Very graceful

I really salute all the mothers who really sacrifice their life for children.hats off to u Malvika for being such a strong bold lady.more power to u lady tc much ❤
Growing up, I always spoke on behalf of my friends who couldn’t speak up for themselves, defend them when they couldn’t. After being full grown up, I have started empathising with strong headed, opinionated woman more cause it’s extremely difficult for out spoken, strong woman especially in country like Nepal. Everyone thinks they are strong and don’t require any attention but deep inside we are all the same. Malvika dd, thank you for being you. Not everything is in your control and that’s okay. We love the new you too.
Truly touching conversations......., brilliant analysis of structural discrimination, voice for gender equality and discussion about unconscious/conscious biases. My solidarity for women empowerment and sending positive vibes and strength for fighting against social taboos
Was already her big fan from the beginning but after watching this interview, I have grown more and more respect to this brave woman who dealt with all the challenges and overcomed it so gracefully. This only shows how great of a person u are! Only love and more power to u “MALVIKA SUBBA” the queen 👸 ❤
Just want to tell Malvika didi that maybe not all but some of us have seen your struggles throughout all these years and we know how strong are you. I have always appreciated you for taking stand and talking about all the social issues going around. You are great. Much love, power and strength to you ❤
Most awaited episode. Malvika might sound rude but she is straight forward. People on tiktok makinh videos like kasto buhari ho esto blah blah. But being a buhari doesn’t mean that women don’t have a voice or right on herself. Stop spreading so much negativity mind your own business
माल्भिका दिदी what a safe landing.
Malvika Di, I am watching you from Australia. Since you were crowned as a Miss Nepal, I am so obsessed with your thoughts. I do hardly miss your interviews.. But this time, I felt so sorry for you listening to your struggles that you had to go through in your life. Whatever happened in the past, do not regret it. I wish you have a wonderful days ahead Di.. ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for bringing up such a meaningful and thoughtful sessions, for new moms like us who literally do not have no1 to rely on n share our feelings with, this show is so relatable,i feel relieved in so many ways bcz I felt i was not the only one going through all this ❤I have watched almost all of the podcast and i could relate most to ma'am Malvika's journey 😊❤i appreciate the fact that she was so genuine and honest she touched my heart and soul 💞💞 more power to women like you all who use such platforms to lift n encourage womens up.....Stay blessed n thank you once again
I think you should invite fathers too in future episodes. That way we can spread the message that a father also needs to talk about raising a child and pregnancy journey.
I learned that asking our kids questions like how’s your day at the school and all are really a closed ended question instead we should focus on open ended questions like what made you smile today? Did you help someone with something? How’s your day type of question are really vague and we don’t know where to start even as an adult….. I appreciate Priyanka is giving Malvika space to talk without interfering which is rare nowadays. This was beautiful and open conversation.
..Actually, i could share my story through her...Not me only...she represents everywoman who went through these situations. THANK YOU PRIYANKA MAM FOR THIS PODCAST❤❤❤ The line is same of mine...I chose to live just coz of my son..
Priyanka being profoundly supportive, considerate and compassionate on different topics is extremely commendable. This is how a woman should support another woman. We never talk about post natal depression esp in Nepal. It is a silent disease. I think Priyanka should invite experts to highlight on this topic. Excellent interview Priyanka. ❤
One of my favourite Miss Nepal till yet from my heart ❤ I started watching Miss Nepal from 2002, especially from training session which used to be on air on nepal television . Since then I become fan of her till now. Such a bold woman I ever seen ❤ Whenever I think of strong woman of Nepal then Definately Malvika Subba comes to my mind . That’s Malvika Subba power to be in everyone hearts and mind ❤ hats off 👏👏👏👏👏 In addition, if I hear the word Miss Nepal then suddenly Malvika Subba comes to my mind 👏👏👏
Such a fine episode...i have heard all the episodes of fourth trimester..this is by far the most awaited and the best episode...loved it..malvika is most beautiful and well spoken person....
Literally my favourite session so far. Such a great way to see how much every experience in our lives makes us a better person everyday and eventually makes us much more insightful.
Mallvika, your story of resilience will provide so much inspiration to Nepalese women. Thank you for being vulnerable and telling your story with so much honesty .
I can relate so much to this. I am also raising my child as a single mom and there was also a time when I didn’t want to leave. I guess I am also still alive because of my daughter. Thank you for showing this vulnerable side of you. ❤
And the worst thing is, i live in Germany and had a german partner. My life was the mixture of Malvika‘s story and the movie Mrs Charterjee. I don’t know how i came out alive.
Priyanka could you please also mention fathers who have went through a lot during pregnancy as well the way they got new changes to the life and many more it would be absolutely wonderful. This talk show is worth it giving birth and raising kid is two different phase and process that anyone can have different stories ❤❤❤❤
She is such a doting mother. I was so wrong on judging her with so many other things. I am sure she took a lot of strength and belief to heal. Keep healing Malvika. We all will find good things to learn from you.
Yo episode chai molai ekdamai best lagyo..Malvika dd yeti comfort bhoyera aafno kura share garnu bhoko xa.. wow.. thank you Priyanka sis for this comfort zone. And Malvika dd you are a strong lady.. best wishes...❤❤❤
So sorry to hear her struggles but such a great inspiration from her struggles to everyone out there. Kudos to Priyanka for bringing her and sharing her then pain. More power to you Malvika
I deeply admire this podcast and the guest. I genuinely admire Malvika from college age. I had never judged her based on any past controversies. Being a mom, I can feel her pain, and how much she had suffered to raise her son and give him a healthy environment. I was so emotional after hearing her story. I learned a lot from her perspective and am grateful for the valuable lessons she shared on this podcast. Stay positive and keep moving forward ❤❤

Such an honest conversation about motherhood and the struggles! The most honest interview by far in the show where finally someone also talks about clash with you own husband and marriage life suddenly becomes also very challenging even though thats just a phase!
This is the reason why women like Malkiva and women like her are single and will die alone. If u make ur man feel like he has no say in anything about his child or urself and make him feel unwanted, eventually he will learn to live without u . In first half of the interview , she says how hard it is during and after pregnancy for mother ,but still women like her promotes work and working like a man, competing with men and all that bullshit that comes out of her mouth, women like her dont deserve to be mother.
I got a little teary Being a mother is so tough if your spouse is not understanding or supportive including his family even if they don’t mean to be that way.
such a heart touching conversation . All the words she shared to the world about motherhood, hardships and struggles i related to on a personal level ..inspiring me❤

That phase of life 😢. Been there, had those moments, and a proud mom. Thank you for sharing this episode, it’s beautiful to hear stories as such. Many moms out there will be inspired and motivated.
Worth episode ever😊 usually I don't watch the podcasts.but this is emotion!! Malvika Ma'm speaks out so many mummy's words😢 I have been thru the almost same situation and got divorced. While I was in severe postpartum depression 🫥 my angel is turning 5 years this Aug 2023. I got lifetime trauma, but I believe I'm gonna heal soon ✨️ ❤
I never liked Malvika subba until today. I thought she was living a fairytale life as she was a media personality. Personally, she always presented herself as an arrogant and snobby person during her fame days. Unfortunately, life definitely had different dramas stored for her. However, had such thing not happen in her life, she would have never known how great she was. It was inspiring to hear that she stood up for what she wanted besides family’s pressure and didn’t stay in the marriage enslaving her desires and ambition in life. Well..Girl! i think you are amazing, you’ve been through a lot and you still have positive outlook on life. I can feel your emotions as a new mom, the fear, anxiety, worrying about bonding with the child, financial need emotional need, mental health issues are all real , challenging and women need ample amount of support during those time but you did it alone didn’t you. If a husband cannot support his wife when she is going through the most sensitive period in her life, he is not a keeper. Glad you divorced him. I know you made a decision to co-parent and have those conditions for divorce because you have an infinite love for your baby boy! I hope one day rio will recognize ,understand and appreciate the struggle and hurdle his mom went through to give him the life he has. Noone can ever love a child like mum! Love to all great mamas out there ❤
Thank you for sharing you struggle. It takes a lot to be open and speak about the hardship you went through and so many of us can relate and learn from this.❤️

Being a married women I want to conceive baby after a years but I am so scared what if my partner doesn’t understand my mental factuations and have to deal all the things alone.. 😢😢 getting a supportive partner in Nepalese society is so underrated. Glad u both are good mothers ❣️

माल्भिका दिदी what a safe landing.
These two women are unstoppable ❤
Hats off 🫶🏻
I literally cried with her...yeuta mahila le afno bachako lagi kati sacrifices garnu parx...u r great mam...
Probably, this is my first podcast, which I didn't skip ! Lots of wisdom in this conversation, salute and love you both of you, Malvika and Priyanka 🎉
Malvika and priyanka is such a gem! Such a lovely conversation! I am a new mom of a son and totally get what Malvika is talking about !
True
Good point
Yes true
Yeah lets start from ayushman himself
This conversation touched me a lot n cried with her😢😢 what a strong lady!! ❤ lots of to Love both beautiful n talented ladies !!

❤❤❤ This is it. Open conversation is what Nepali community needs. Hope more of us build up empathy before judging another human.
Literally my favourite session so far. Such a great way to see how much every experience in our lives makes us a better person everyday and eventually makes us much more insightful.
We need more woman like Malvika in Nepal.. I can totally feel every word I can relate been through same situation..proudly raising by boy separately❤️
Mallvika, your story of resilience will provide so much inspiration to Nepalese women. Thank you for being vulnerable and telling your story with so much honesty .
This is the one podcast I watched without skip...Malvika is always my favorite person... ❤❤
I can relate so much to this. I am also raising my child as a single mom and there was also a time when I didn’t want to leave. I guess I am also still alive because of my daughter. Thank you for showing this vulnerable side of you. ❤
More power to you Mumma ❤
❤
And the worst thing is, i live in Germany and had a german partner. My life was the mixture of Malvika‘s story and the movie Mrs Charterjee. I don’t know how i came out alive.
@@mnsadvkta you were much stronger than you thought you were, that’s why! I hope you find strengths on all walks of your life 💛

She is sucha sweet heart🫶I really adore her ♥️We are proud to have such a great limbu who is so brave and beautiful ♥️🫶
Behind this strong lady there was a very sad story which she had gone thru..can't stop my tears 😢😢

Also its better to live Single healthy and happy life than suffocating yourself everyday being unhappy with a wrong partner!!
I got a little teary
Being a mother is so tough if your spouse is not understanding or supportive including his family even if they don’t mean to be that way.
such a heart touching conversation . All the words she shared to the world about motherhood, hardships and struggles i related to on a personal level ..inspiring me❤
38:00 Thanks for being vulnerable and showing your true self Malvika Subba.

Malvika Ma'm speaks out so many mummy's words😢
I have been thru the almost same situation and got divorced.
It takes a lot to be open and speak about the hardship you went through and so many of us can relate and learn from this.❤️
Lots of love and hugs to Malvika ji ❤so nice to hear from her about her experience ❤ heads up to her my fav episode
