Very good review! But look how bad this new Audi Trend faux leather is 6:00. This car has what a few thousand kilometers and the driver seat leather already looks scuffed?
Starting price on these is $45k. I think a more reasonably optioned one with a few less electronic gadgetry makes a lot more sense than the fully optioned $60k variant he has. $50k for an AWD A4 with a hatch seems a lot more reasonable to me.
Here in the UK the price difference for both entry models is £2,575, but for that, you get more legroom, more off road capability because of the higher ground clearance, so well worth the extra, especially if you use these vehicles as intended and designed to do ! but if you have no intention of going off road, you may as well buy a standard version in the first place.
Thank you for detailing the quattro with ultra system. No other journalist has explained it so well and so clearly.
250 ms is not 1/250th of a second as the camera shutter was set. 250 ms is 1/4th of a second.
My family had Audi in my Family for the last 20 years. Audi Allroad is number 1
0:58 MLB* The MQB platform is VW's transversely mounted engine layout (VW golf, Audi A3, TT, etc...). The MLB platform is VW's longitudinally mounted engine layout (Audi A4, Q5, A5, Porsche Macan).

Love my Allroad!

Fantastic Review!
Awesome review.
Oooh love those wheels
Great review Justin.I do think its overprice.
Captain Carter this one's decked right out to the nines. you can trim probably 7 or 8 grand easy.
Audi A4 is built on MLB platform and not MQB.
Justin, what brand snow tires were on the car? What snow tires do you think would be the best ? Where did you get the HAT?? I need one!
bellstar1000 hey! it was on pirelli sottozero winter tires. I like the Michelin xice myself. run those on my forester. hat is from Canadian Tire!
Nokian hakkapaeliittas are the best snow tires
60k for an A4 is a bit much...
It’s in the high 40s in the us, not much more expensive than it’s Sean counterpart
Nice looking car, but rear leg room is cramped, Volvo V90 Cross Country has more legroom and more ground clearance for off road conditions.
Sure, but it's also 15 grand more
