Beetroot Bread Rolls Recipe | Rote Bete Brötchen Rezept | Homemade Healthy Bread

  • I made another recipe for you. This recipe is inspired from a normal german bread rolls. I substitute water with red beet juice. Yes, it's a natural color from red beets (no artificial color). And instead of all purpose flour, I used spelt flour. I hope you like this video. Enjoy watching!
    Ingredients:
    500 g flour or spelt flour
    15 g malt flour
    10 g salt
    20 g fresh yeast or 1 tsp instant yeast
    1 tbsp sugar (for yeast mixture)
    280 ml lukewarm red beet juice or water
    20 ml oil or 20 g softened butter
    Sesame, squash, sunflower seeds (optional)
    Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (no fan)
    for 15-18 minutes.
    Zutaten:
    500 g Dinkelmehl
    15 g Backmalz
    10 g Salz
    20 g frische Hefe oder 1 TL trockene Hefe
    1 EL Zucker (für Hefe Mischung)
    280 ml lauwarme Rote Bete Saft oder Wasser
    20 ml Öl oder 20 g weiche Butter
    Sesame, Kürbis, Sonnenblumen Kerne
    Im vorgeheizten Backofen 250°C ca. 15-18 Minuten backen.
